This will book quickly! This is a gorgeous 3-BR, 3-BA, 3-story townhome in family friendly North Ocean City (141th St.). LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Conveniently located within 75 yards from the beach, this property is newly built and well-equipped for the vacationing family so guests can just focus on having fun and making memories. Additionally, this property is within walking distance to the beach, 4 mini-golf courses, waterpark, laser tag, endless dining options, and Sun & Surf Movie Theater. The spacious, open floor-plan features a big gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as professionally selected décor and flat-screens throughout. Additional luxuries include beautiful floors, Free Wireless Internet, full-size washer/dryer, master suite with exquisite tile shower - perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. In addition, this property has 2-car covered parking, as well as additional on-street parking available. The entire property has gorgeous flooring and upscale tiling. The spacious living room is furnished with ample seating and a large 50 inch television. Off of the living room is the amazing screen porch. Imagine yourself on the large screened porch looking at the ocean and feeling the gentle breeze! The fully-stocked kitchen is modern and pristine with beautiful grey cabinetry and a glistening large island. The dining area is well-lit and allows plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together. Four televisions with 200+ channels are included and are standard in every bedroom. The first bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and is located on the second level. The master bedroom, located on the second level, has a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a luxury walk-in tile shower, and balcony access to a composite deck balcony. The third bedroom has another large queen-size bed and large television. Outside there is a grill area and outdoor seating to soak in the gorgeous Ocean City weather. This property comfortably sleeps up to 6-8 people, so it's perfect for the entire family! This property has the following amenities: central air condition, heat, 2 parking spaces, 4 TVs, full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, and dishwasher. This property is located on the street side of the property at 17 141 St. It is a duplex with access via Ocean Highway. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. No group rentals for guests under 25 permitted. Owners are prefer Saturday-Saturday rentals during the prime season (June-August). Linens are not provided. 4 day minimum booking during July and August.

Couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for a few days of vacation. Super clean home stacked with features! Location was perfect, away from the busy end of OC with a quick Uber ride to just about anything. Gas stove was my favorite. The patio was perfect for afternoon relaxing. Better than any hotel or resort in my opinion. Can’t wait to visit again!

Overall the property is great with an easy walk to beach, liquor store, ice cream, and pizza/sub shops. Lots of families and very safe in North Ocean City. Only minor issue is noise from trash trucks in the AM.

Great stay at the beach
Great house steps away from the beach with an ocean view. The property owner is extremely responsive and helpful in answering questions. We loved the decor, and the private outdoor shower was great for getting the kids clean after the beach. The neighborhood is conveniently located near lots of fun and family friendly activities and restaurants. And the convenience to the beach is great. Would stay again!

Perfect beach house
This was our first time staying at Jim’s house and we had a blast. The location is perfect, the convenience and open communication with him was wonderful, I felt at home but also on vacation. The place was spectacular and so clean. Our favorite part was eating breakfast out on the screened in balcony while looking at the beach, it was nice even when it rained to be able to enjoy outside. Our children (ages 4 months-4 years) loved the balcony and being able to watch the garbage pick up each morning. I would absolutely stay here again.

Once finished, we only had about 36 hours of time to spend really being at the beach, so we made use of every second in this home could not have been a better spot to stay. All the modern appliances, furnishings, and thoughtful decorations really made us feel at home and as if we were there for more than just a day and a half. I had a blast there and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was perfect. The place was spotless. Couldn’t even find any sand anywhere when we arrived and that never happens. The house is beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect. Location is just steps from the beach. Jim is super responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Easy access to beach, good parking under home. "Cottage" was lovely and relaxing. Had good space for 7 adults -- good personal space for all. Clean and lots of fun decorations all around. Thanks Jim!

A five star experience across the board. Perfect for a family vacation.
The property is gorgeous. Beautiful finishes, great amount of space for our family of four, and we could have fit another two people in the queen bed if we wanted. The main living area is spacious (and stays cool) and the kids loved having TVs in their rooms. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off you from the beach (a must have in my opinion for any beach rental). There is also a gas grill, though we didn't use it so I can't comment on its condition. Comforters and pillows were provided for beds, but remember to bring your own sheets, towels and toiletries.
The location is great. It's very close to the beach, go karts, a water park and mini golf. Fenwick restaurants are a stones' throw away. You can choose to park your car for the entire stay if you like.
Check in was super easy. Codes were provided and the instructions were simple. I would absolutely recommend this rental to families of up to 6 people.
