The hospitality and the care for us was amazing. The owner told me about things to do in paphos, and in general was very nice helpful and very friendly. The villa has anything you need for your stay, 3 amazing bed rooms, 2 showers, fully functional kitchen, and an amazing nicely warmed pool. I would definitely recommend this place for a chill vacation

The distance from everything(city/beach/clubs)is hard. If you don’t rent a car, be prepared to spend half of your money on taxis. even if you want to buy groceries you have to take taxi, even tho it’s a 5 minute ride. The road is not pleasant or walkable, so unfortunately the only way to move around this area is by car. Besides that, nothing bad about the place.

We loved our stay here. The property was exceptionally clean and well looked after, the host made sure we were well looked after and even dropped off some local produce on one of the days of our stay. The enclosed garden and pool area was perfect, very private and safe. We didn’t want for anything as the villa was well equipped! Would come back again in a heartbeat and recommend to others.

We had a couple of issues with the address and Taxi drivers unable to find us which caused a little confusion but nothing that couldn’t be resolved quickly, just something to keep in mind.

Stunning in everyway! We will be back

We’ve had the best 10 days at Villa 26. Alex is such a great host, and it truly felt like a home from home. Our first time visiting Paphos and we felt so comfortable. Alex Offered great recommendations and an overall service to us throughout our stay. He truly doesn’t lie he says a luxury Villa, gorgeous areas to relax and plenty of space for all of the family/ friends, we’ve loved every minute and would recommend a stay to anyone!

Nothing to dislike at all about this villa - but you definitely do need to rent a car to explore Paphos, we found taxis quite expensive!

AMAZING !!! 10/10

We were a group of 6 ladies and had a stay of 7 nights there. The Villa was just amazing and loveley and I dont know what to say. Alex was the perfect host and we were so thankful. He was so friendly and gave us a perfect list, where to eat, where to swim and where to go. That helped us a lot to see the most perfect places where locals usually go. The rooms were clean and bright and comfortable. The Kitchen had everything to offer that you need for cooking and the pool was just inceedible ! It was one of our best stays ever. There is a big terrace where we had our breakfast sessions and there is also a lounge at the pool where you can chill out, which is not on the pictures. The villa had even more bathrooms than expected. Important thing is just to have a car. The next beach is only like 5-8 minutes away and paphos city is also very close. There are bakerys and supermarkets in 4 - 7 minutes by car. I can just highly recommend a stay there. Thanks a lot, Alex :)

This is our second stay at Villa 26. We always have a fantastic time and the villa is perfect.

We like the friendly and helpful host, the lovely pool, and the comfortable beds. The location is easy to get to and is surrounded by beautiful trees and quiet neighbors. The villa is decorated very tastefully and has all you need for a family vacation.

Superb

Excellent hosts Alex and his mother. Complimentary eggs fruit and water. Cleanliness. Towels provided for both bath and pool. Kitchen fully equiped. Terrace around the house. Opened all window doors, airy house all day 😊 many different places to sit on the outside over our two day stay (upper floor terrace, dining table area and sitting area on the ground floor terrace, sunbeds and sitting area in the pool area. Value for money. Not far from paphos city.

It seems more like airbnb houses, it was like we went at a friends house while he was absent. Pictures of the old bathroom were not shown anywhere in the site, although it was clean still you need to show all. Also the base of the shower in the en suite room looked not so clean although it was (maintenance issues), main cupboard under the sink, which we mainly used was broken and the bin mechanism inside the cupboard also not working properly at all the times. Front door was hard to open and one of the window doors was hard to lock. No bins in the rooms. Security issue, since although there was a gate in the main entrance anyone could enter the pool area from the side. No plastic plates for kids. No table on baby's high chair.

What a fantastic, charming villa and the host was brilliant too. Villa includes everything that you could need on a holiday from BBQ, cutlery, stove, and TV. Location is great. Definitely the best place we have stayed at. The pool is amazing. We are definitely planning to return.
