Peaceful, beautiful and relaxing.

Stunning property in a quiet village, perfect for a relaxing break 'away from it all'. George was the perfect host, ensuring we were comfortable and happy, and bringing fresh eggs and tomatoes! The view from the property is breathtaking.

Exceptional stay at a wonderful place

Perfect location, perfect reception by George and one of the most clean houses we ever stayed at! All in all a perfect Home to have stayed for one week!

Lovely mountain village villa

The outdoor space and mountain views were wonderful. The villa was well equipped and comfortable for the 5 adults in our family. George was a very welcoming host and provided a bottle of wine from his own vineyard when we arrived. He also brought us eggs from his mother's chickens when he came to clean the pool. On our last day, there was heavy rain and George allowed us to stay later in the villa since we had a late night flight home. We visited in October and noticed quite a difference in temperatures between Theletra and the resorts due to the altitude of the village. Day and nighttime could be up to 5 degrees cooler and it was a bit breezier too. It wasn't cold and we still had plenty sun but worth considering; daytime was around 22-24 degrees but when we visited Paphos it was 26-28 degrees. Evenings at the villa could drop to 18-19 degrees by around 9pm compared to 22-24 in Latsi. Don't let that put you off though, the villa is still fantastic. You will definitely need a car to stay here due to the village location but Paphos, Coral Bay and Latsi are all within 25 minutes, making it a great base. The sunrise and moonrise views were special to watch too!

Great villa, well equiped and very clean. The owner was very welcoming and helpfull. Definitly we will come back to this villa on our next trip to Cyprus.

Highly recommended!!

As a family of four, we had a splendid stay. The house, the host George, the pool, the view, the island itself, simply everything about this house was fantastic. We stayed in April with good weather, children playing in the (still chilly) pool everyday. A great stay!

Immaculate property in a beautiful location. The outside space was lovely - a great place to spend the day and evening. Really well equipped kitchen. The owners were really friendly and helpful.

Only one pillow each per bed (no spares in the cupboard).

Fantastic for Cyprus

Stunning view, quiet neighbours, great pool for swimming (about 12-14m long). Peaceful evenings overlooking the valley, the clarity of the stars / Milky Way was fantastic. Air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms; downstairs remained cool in the morning with blinds down and some welcome shade on the outside seating area late morning and for the afternoons. The owner George is great - friendly, good spoken English, caring that my stay was a good one included a bottle of local wine, fresh eggs, tomatoes and courgettes from his garden. I’ll be back.

Bed was a bit hard for my preference. That’s it.
