Superb

Lovely spacious villa with good size pool great for all age family. Holiday . The Towels were refreshed and pool cleaned twice in holiday, Lovely beach nearby and bars within 15 minutes walk

Villa with private pool and barbecue.

The host was nice, shared recommendations for local restaurants and shops. I liked that there were several bottles of water waiting in the fridge. Washing, hygiene products and towels were available and extra was also brought. There were barbecue facilities and equipment.

The location shown in the booking did not correspond to reality. The villas are located a little further than indicated, you have to drive further. The interior is a bit old, needs updating. The WIFI was terrible, there was none at all on the second floor.

Superb

The pool is beautiful and clean, it was often cleaned. There were enough plates and such in the kitchen.

Often knocked out the electrical plugs, the electricity had to be turned on again from the electrical panel. The second floor bathroom door did not close completely. Few grilling supplies and no lighting in the grilling area, had to use a cell phone to see anything. The code for the key locker could have been transmitted through booking, instead of having to travel to the hotel separately for it.

Very good service from the owner after a couple of problems, but sorted by Chris(maintenance man) .

Had to go to Helios Hotel, was then given a key code for the key box outside of the villa.

We had the villa cleaned after 1 week, but it was not cleaned again (we were there for 21 days) whick I think it should have been cleaned once a week.

The staff were amazing and accomadating.

the property was comfortable and had all that was and would be needed on a villa holiday. The pool was a good size and well maintained.

it was slightly dated and the sunbeds were dated and dirty. The downstairs bedroom had a damp wall which was quite visable, we believe that it was coming from the attached shower

The host was fantastic, from the moment we got there until we left they did everything they could to make sure our stay was great.

Superb

Stayed in two viilas as a family group of 8. Both villas were clean, and well equipped with lovely pools. Pools vary in depth from villa to villa, the 3 bed was 1.35m deep whilst the superior 3 bed was 1.50m deep. Not an issue for us but if you have younger children that like to be able to touch the floor maybe worth asking the pool depth. Staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions. Great location just over 5 minutes drive to the main Coral Bay area - the walk is uphill so maybe a bit too much for young children in the heat. We had hire cars so didn't speand all of our evenings there, that being said if you didn't want to venture further afield there are a enough resturants, bars and tourist shops to keep you entertained. We had a fabulous holiday and are already looking at returning.

There are adapters for electric sockets (British-European), which many tourists forget, which is a big plus!

Peaceful and relaxing week

Clean, spacious villa with a great private pool and sun trap. Quiet and peaceful location within short walking distance of restaurants and bars. The main Coral Bay street is also within 30 mins walk which is ideal. The owner was helpful with good advice and all staff attending the villa were friendly

Beds are uncomfortable, especially the double bed. Would expect a small amount of tea, coffee, milk on arrival to welcome guests, even just a few sachets.

Exceptional

A great villa with a lovely swimming pool and the pool table was an added bonus also. Located in a nice and quiet residential area but also with great mountain and views to the sea. Really nice and spacious with great outdoor facilities and felt homely. Would definitely return and great value for money

The balconies could do with a bit of clean up from birds. Some of the kitchen cupboards need updating.

The staff we encountered were lovely, chilled and helpful -the lady at Helios Bay reception and the gentleman who was cleaning the house & pool when we arrived at the villa. (They let us check in early) The house is a good size with wonderful view from the balcony. Pool was enjoyed everyday by us, especially by our 3 yr old. New sponge, washing up liquid, tea towels and some dishwasher tablets were provided. And lots of shampoo and shower gel. Great location, walkable to a lovely beach (Laourou) and great restaurant (Porto Antico). Quiet, but everything else is easily accessible by car. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Property looks a bit tired in some areas but everything was functional and clean. Lack of sharp knives but we managed.

The location and pool. The maintenance team dropped us off at the supermarket the next day when we moved to another villa.

We arrived late and there was no welcome package not even a bottle of water. This was tough considering we had no where local we could visit to get even water.

Lovely break in sunny Cyprus

Fantastic location, great size villa, excellent value for money, clean, washing machine was very useful to have, beds were more comfortable than many you find on holiday and mattresses in good condition. Lovely pool area.

We liked everything but ideally the shower screen, toilet seats and kitchen and wardrobes need modernising in the next 12 months. But for the price we paid, this was not an issue. Everything was clean and the space and location were perfect.

As always what makes this place special is the people who are amazing and can't do enough for you

loved the location there was a great bar and restaurant within walking distance and there were 3 buses an hour into Coral Bay

The only thing that would have made this 10 out of 19 was the fact there was no air conditioning in the living room. but host was amazing and helped us out with a fan

Could be a good property if they clean and fix the insect issues. Not nice!

Relatively quiet location was nice to have a pool.

The BBQ was ill equipped and dirty. The house itself was very dusty and with cobwebs and we had large cockroaches and there was an infestation of ants.

Superb

The layout of the villa and the pool were excellent. All rooms had full working air conditioning.

The WiFi was not strong enough for multiple use of devices. I reported it and it was rectified by the staff.

A great relaxing break.

Great location near to Corallia beach. There are a couple of local tavernas within a short walking distance, though Coral Bay restaurants are a 30 min walk, which we didn’t mind. The villa itself was spacious and clean, with all the facilities you might need. The pool was a good size, all one depth and very clean. We had a great holiday and would go again. Although the checkout time was 10am our Taxi was booked for 11am and Nicos the owner was more than happy for us to remain in the villa until we were picked up.

There was no kettle and clothes dryer when we arrived, however we emailed Nicos the owner and he brought us both items the same evening. Great customer service!!

Great spacious villa equipped with everything you will need. Very clean and comfortable. Villas operated by Helios hotel, so all bathroom supplies included. Pool is big and clean. Excellent stay.

the owner of the villa could not provide us with late checkout as they where fully booked but instead put us up in a room in his hotel for the day whilst we where waiting for our flight. the owner was very helpful and this was free of charge

Service exceptional.

The property is located in the perfect location to access anything you could possibly want. Nicos the owner and the staff he employs go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. We were welcomed and the welcome was sincere. We will most certainly be returning.

Nicos was particularly helpful and always responded immediately to enquires such as getting taxis, travel costs, a new brush etc. The villa was clean and lots of towels. Excellent.
