I stayed at this boutique hotel with my friend in Lijiang Ancient Town and it was beautiful. The hotel is stunning, a converted house with all the modern facilities but keeps its core structure and beauty. A water fountain in the courtyard and the room definitely give the ancient town feel.
It’s family run and everyone especially Amy were super friendly and helpful. She was able to share some great recommendations which me and my friend enjoyed.
The breakfast, especially the Chinese breakfast was delicious and the family black tea shared by the owner is delicious.
Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and will definitely tell return.

We had a fantastic stay here as part of our honeymoon adventure around China. Amy and Uncle were the most accommodating, friendly and helpful hosts. Nothing was too much to ask whether it was help booking tickets somewhere, organising a massage and even hosting a tea tasting - they were always happy to help. The breakfast was delicious and really traditional as well but we especially loved the hotel itself. It felt like a calm oasis in the middle of Lijiang Old town and the room was really nicely decorated and really comfortable. They had even left us flowers for our honeymoon! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay - our favourite in China! We hope to one day be back again.

Wonderful, family-run boutique hotel in the center of Lijiang on a quiet street along a canal. Meticulously renovated home is now a courtyard hotel. steps from all that the old city has to offer! Friendly and helpful staff!
