Perfect property for a quick New Orleans getaway for New Years! Walking distance to great food and entertainment but far enough away from the craziness that we could have a nice quiet peaceful place to rest. Will definitely rent this property again when we come back.

Very well located in the French Quarter with easy walking distance to all areas in town. A plethora of excursions and tours available to introduce you to the history and foods of New Orleans. After walking about settle into the comfort of this condo that is both well-appointed and feels like home away. From relaxing watching Football and Nascar to enjoying the outdoor poach, this was an excellent choice to meet our goal of enjoying New Orleans with a Great Location. Eric was very responsive with questions we had and check in seamless when we arrived. If you have not experienced New Orleans or are returning to see more, this property is highly recommended as a relaxing and comfortable home base for your visit. Thank you Eric, this is on our list of places to return to.

This was an awesome condo! Large and spacious, great kitchen, wonderful bedroom with large closet and en suite bath. We loved the outside patio, although it was a bit hot and humid while we were there. The location is perfect; short walk to the French Quarter but quiet, lots of parking. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. We would definitely stay here again. Eric was quick to answer questions and supply information. It made the entire process easy.

We had a fantastic time. Eric was very communicative. Absolutely no issues with checking in/out. He had us ready to go as soon as we arrived. The property is within walking distance of the “loud” part of Bourbon street, but still far enough out to relax and sleep without excessive noise. The balcony area was perfect to chill out and have a drink. Public transportation is close and can take you anywhere fun for cheap. Uber drivers are near by for direct travel. We ordered in from Grubhub and Door Dash with no issues. Overall, everything exceeded expectations and would not hesitate to do it all again.

Great location. Clean and well maintained. It made my stay in N.O. more enjoyable. Allowed to be close to the action, but sneak off for peace, quiet and some recovery. Eric was responsive, kind and generous. I hope its available again on my next trip here!

This is a charming apartment, nicely appointed, and in proximity to many places you will want to visit while you stay in New Orleans. The lodgings were light and bright and a great place to enjoy a rainy day. The owner responded to questions before the stay and promptly provided check-in and check-out procedures.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this rental property. The location is so central and fantastic. The area felt very safe and the building very secure. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful, well appointed, clean and interesting the home is. The outdoor deck is spectacular, especially at night and was just perfect to come home to and relax on after a long day out and about. Eric went above and beyond at every turn for us and was absolutely amazing to work with and we were just simply delighted with our entire experience! We spent five days in New Orleans, and truly can’t think of a better place to have stayed!

Eric's condo is fantastic. Close enough to everything via a short walk, but quiet and quaint when you are ready to relax too!! Eric was great and responded to a few simple questions quickly and was very accommodating to some slight schedule changes too. Couldn’t ask for a better rental, the location was a perfect spot! Close enough to walk to the street car stops, bourbon st, waterfront, but just enough off the main streets so it’s quiet. Condo was great, absolutely beautiful and nicely furnished. We will definitely plan our future NOLA trips around renting this condo!

This was my second time staying at The Pulse and it will not be my last. This condo is amazing and the balcony just elevates it. Eric is an amazing host and has a very quick response time. I know the city well and you can't ask for a better location. I'll be booking my next visit soon!

Due to the travel issues that resulted over the Christmas Holiday, we were not actually able to get to NOLA and enjoy this amazing looking condo, however we wanted to share how easy Eric was to work with and handling our cancelation. He was very responsive and very understanding and while we were disappointed that we weren't able to go on our vacation, we will definitely be reaching out to Eric again regarding his unit. Loved this Airbnb!! From start to finish it was the best expierence and perfect for our wedding weekend. The outdoor patio is such a nice touch and the place is bigger than it seems.
