With a full kitchen, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and free valet parking, plus fabulous amenities including a pool, fitness center, and BBQ area, this is a can't-miss stay for you and your friends and family! Sleeps Max 6 Guests (including children 3+ years old. 1 additional minor may be added with Twin-size rollaway bed rental of $25/night). Waikiki Beach Tower is in the heart of Waikiki, an easy stroll to many casual and fine dining restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Water sports and equipment rental equipment can be found just across the street at world famous Waikiki Beach, which has a seawall that forms a giant, wave-free pool. The property is in a great location and all staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The view was amazing from the porch.
The property itself was in need of many repairs, one of which was the AC. It wasn’t working/cooling properly, and in need of a deep clean (lint and dirt hanging inches out from the air vent). Several of the shelves in the refrigerator were cracked and unusable. In the second bathroom, the towel bar was hanging from the wall and the shower towel hook was missing. Threshold in one area was taped down with medical tape. Pool was closed. Would not stay there again.

The view is just delightful and I enjoyed it very much. The vacation rental was comfortable and provided easy access to downtown. Having a parking spot was a bonus. The property management staff were friendly and available when we needed them (even at night). The pool and the bbq were unavailable when we were there, but I know that those issues are out of the control of the owners.

Stayed here briefly for an event at the Stan Sheriff Center. Location was great. Communication with the property manager was easy. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Excellent experience from start to finish. No complaints at all. The views from the Lanai are priceless. That and the location right by the beach are the main reasons I selected this property. Everything was as advertised. The valets were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed every moment. Hated to leave.

This was our 2nd time staying in this building, and it did not disappoint! Although there were many little things that need repaired the condo itself was very nice. Beds were comfy, AC was ice cold, view is unbeatable. The valet parking and pool/hot tub were an amazing addition!

Paul, the property manager was awesome and very responsive. Property was very clean, and great views but with a couple of quirks. One is that there was only one sad sachet of coffee provided. We paid a lot of money, a little coffee would have been nice. Also, the master bedroom closet doubles as a broom and storage closet--the old and very large dresser, the Swifter, the broom, vacuum cleaner, the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella are all in the same space as your nice clothes. Pretty off-putting. Also, the lobby has a very strong signature scent, ok if you like it, but might give those with smell sensitivities a headache.

The suite was just as advertised and we so enjoyed ourselves. We found ourselves outside on the balcony for most of our waking hours. Forgot our binoculars, so ordered some from Amazon. There was so much to see. The bed in the master was very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and cabinet space. The property was clean and I was impressed with the security of the building. You had to have a fob in order to operate the elevator. The property manager was very helpful!

All 3 bathroom sinks didn't drain, we got one fixed but the others were never addressed. The unit is in desperate need of repairs, floors crumble before reaching the moldings, the sliding doors to the Lanai don't open without a significant struggle, and losing the towel service was a great inconvenience

The property lived up to all expectations. The photos do it justice, especially the view. The location was walking distance to a million things, but the beach and the water were the start of the show. Pretty good snorkeling, surfing and boogieboarding right out the front door. Diamond Head was a good hike from inside the crater, and the luau at the Hale Koa was amazing.

The condo has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation, and the property is very well maintained with great amenities.
