Luxury apartment, about 85 m2 located on the 6th and top floor of a historic Florentine building overlooking the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistery. Completely renovated, equipped with lift, air conditioning, single heating, wi-fi, all the fine furnishings, it is composed of:
1 double bedroom with view of the Duomo and bell tower with armchair, desk, cable and satellite TV;
1 bedroom overlooking the Duomo and Bell Tower with two single beds and exclusive bathroom, equipped with a sofa, desk, cable TV;
entrance;
2nd bathroom;
1 living room with double sofa bed, cable and satellite TV;
1 fully equipped kitchen;
1 technical compartment with pill and washer dryer.
Thanks to a small staircase you reach the upper floor where we find a large shared terrace with panoramic views over most of the city. From the terrace you have the impression of touching the Duomo, the Campanile and the Baptistery of Florence, located a few meters from the building. The central area allows you to enjoy all the services of the city of Florence such as: the historic center with its countless monuments, prestigious shops, restaurants, bars, department stores. The area is also served by taxi service, car rental, bike rental and more.

We loved this Florence apartment! The listing is so accurate and adorable inside! The views were stunning, especially from the terrace, and outside thr windows. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms wonderful, especially to have two. They were so thoughtful with fresh fruit for us waiting and all the necessities we could need. Alexandria was so sweet, she explained everything to us, and showed us around. We definitely loved staying there and would again.

What an incredible apartment in such a great location. The terrace overlooking the Duomo was incredible. Such a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine or two. Thank you so much for a great time there!!!

A beautiful and central location to stay. The views from the rooftop are spectacular. The apartment is lovely, spacious, has a lift, and very clean. It is centrally located to many restaurants, tour meeting points, local sightseeing, the train station, and is about a 20 min. taxi ride to the airport. The host is very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.
