Villa Fleury welcomes you on two levels: On the first floor: - An entrance hall leading to a dining room with a table for 14 people. - The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. The kitchen is modern, furnished, equipped (American fridge, 5 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, classic coffee machine and Nespresso. - The living room includes a large sofa, a 65-inch TV (Netflix) and all international channels, a Bluetooth sound bar, a fully equipped bar for a successful aperitif. The living room also opens onto two terraces, one with garden furniture (ideal for 14 people) to admire the sunset, and a second terrace with a large table for 14 people, a gas barbecue (with bottle), a gas grill, professional deep fryer and a wooden pergola for summer dining in the shade. - The large dining room, the kitchen, the open plan living room on 150m2 with reversible air conditioning hot/cold, gives access to 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - 1st bedroom with a 150x200cm bed, hot and cold air conditioning. - 2nd bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, princess style decoration with desk, wardrobes, with hot and cold air conditioning. - 3rd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed,hot and cold air conditioning, bathroom private en suite, 2 very large showers, washbasin, WC. - Another bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC. On the ground floor: Totally renovated in December 2021, comprising 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom. - 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, and a chest of drawers for storing clothes. - 2nd bedroom with 160x200cm bed, sofa, large wardrobe and hairdressing and make-up room, folding cot for baby. - 3rd bedroom, with a 160x200cm bed and two 90x200cm single beds. In the corridor we have a large library, with all kinds of books for adults and children, also several sets of tables for winter days. - A bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Outside the house: - 3000m2 of garden planted with exotic and fruit trees, a mulberry tree for delicious blackberries from May to June. - A 10x4m swimming pool and sun loungers, so that you can fully enjoy the pool, air mattresses, balloons, water pistols and slides will be provided. And for evenings or midnight swimming, the pool is equipped with lights and garden. For not getting bored, we have attractive games such as beach rackets, poker and darts. Also at your disposal on the property, a 200m2 basketball court. - Behind the property there is a large space to park all kinds of vehicles. The house and outdoor spaces were very functional for our party of 9 people. Lovely pool area and terraces on different sides of the house. Magnificent scenery all the way to Malaga.
The tiles that came off in the swimming pool should be repaired, as they had very sharp edges.

A brilliant stay. Can’t recommend Villa Fleury and Nadège as a host highly enough. The villa is really well appointed, lots of wee homely touches and brilliantly equipped for a group holiday - we used the outdoor BBQ and plancha a LOT! Lots to keep kids entertained, like darts and basketball We were staying for a 70th birthday and Nadège went out of her way to make sure everything was really smooth and to make it a special week We also used Nadège to arrange our transfers which were great - would definitely recommend that, made it really easy. All in all - a brilliant holiday in a brilliant villa with a brilliant host (Tip - if you’re not looking to hire a car, I’d definitely recommend having an Uber account. Really easy to get about the place using Uber and also along to the other resorts like Benalmadena and Torremolinos)

Fantastic villa that is even better in person than in the photos. Everything was great. The pool was dirty from the recent rainy weather but this was sorted the day after arrival. The water supply is also limited so showering at the same time isn’t possible - but this wasn’t too much of an issue. All in all a great place to stay.

A beautiful house in an amazing place
The house is amazing, with a very open living area (connected kitchen, living room and eating area) which has big windows that let in a lot of light. There are a lot of outside areas to sit and eat or to enjoy the sun in front of the pool. From the place you have a great view on the city, especially at night.

Mooie villa
In Oktober met 12 personen een weekje vertoefd in dit prachtige huis boven op de berg met heel mooi vergezichten en rustig gelegen.
Jammer dat " de kelder nog niet gerenoveerd is" de bedden waren niet al te best en de douche werkte niet en vertoonde schimmels!
Het woongedeelte, de keuken en de aanbouw waren super alsmede de slaapkamers en de prachtige tuin.
Het huis is prima geschikt voor maximaal 12 volwassen personen of 12 met 2 kleuters, verder is een auto noodzakelijk.

Sehr schöne Lage, aber erhebliche Mängel
Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen insofern anschließen, als dass die Anlage sehr schön ist, in exponierter Lage auf einem Berg liegt und über eine tolle Aussicht verfügt. Auch ist der erste Eindruck sehr gut, da die Fotos- zumindest für die obere Etage mit Wohn-Essbereich und Küche sehr genau der Realität wiedergeben.
Im Laufe des Tages wurden jedoch erhebliche Mängel sichtbar:
- feuchte Wände im Untergeschoß in 2 Zimmern
- eine nicht funktionierende Dusche in einem winzigen Badezimmer im UG,(wurde ersetzt)
- nicht benutzbare Toilette im Masterbad (wurde nicht repariert)
- Klimagerät im Prinzess-Zimmer defekt
- ein defekter Sonnenschirm auf einer großen Terrasse, wo die Sonne den ganzen Tag scheint
- Grill wegen Fettrückständen bzw. Rußbildung nicht benutzbar
- nicht gereinigte Elektrische Geräte, vor allen dingen beide Kühl-Gefrierkombinationen
Das größte Problem aber war die Wasserversorgung. Gleich am 1. Morgen standen wir ohne Wasser da. Da das Problem noch öfter auftrat, bekamen wir am Ende der 1. Woche einen großen Wassertank vor die Tür gestellt, aus der die hauseigene Zisterne befüllt wurde.
Nichtsdestotrotz mussten wir uns täglich darum kümmern, ob das Wasser noch ausreicht. Insgesamt haben wir während der 2 Wochen mehrere Stunden mit der Vermieterin über unterschiedliche Kanäle diskutiert. Dies entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen eines erholsamen und stressfreien Urlaubs.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stand aufgrund der angesprochen Punkte in einem eklatanten Missverhältnis zueinander.

The villa is up a very winding road but the views are spectacular you really need a car as shops etc are not in walking distance unless you like hiking. The driveway was to steep to get our cars up which wasn’t really an issue just annoying when we had a lot to carry we parked to the side of the villa. The villa itself was lovely plenty of room for us all it states there is air conditioning but I think it should say only in the lounge and dining room we had fans for the bedrooms but felt in 30+ heat it wasn’t enough. The garden and pool areas were well kept and the views were lovely. There are places to sit and relax away from the sun one being at the front of the property but be aware the stairs leading up to it get very hot. The villa is very private and not over looked by anyone. The kids loved the pool and garden plenty of stuff for them to do. All in all great villa with spectacular views just a little bit out of the way.

Fantastic villa and exceptional helpful owner
Thank you so much for an amazing stay in your gorgeous home. The views, villa and pool were amazing. We were an extended family of 12 and the villa was perfect, more than enough Seats, loungers, cutlery etc for us all and not too far from a shop as well.
From the moment I was in touch with the owner she could not have been more helpful.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The villa is perfect and the owner was very helpful and friendly.
The location is not great if you have pushchairs, as you the villa is up a hill and there isn't a path, just a winding road, so I would recommend a car. We used taxis, which were fine and easy to order.
The villa was big, comfortable and clean. Garden and outside seating areas were beautiful

Diversión y tranquilidad con buenas vistas
Calurosa acogida a nuestra llegada a la casa, se agradece mucho. La casa super limpia y cuidada cuando entramos el primer día. La distribución de las habitaciones me encantó y la decoración es muy de nuestro estilo. El jardín estupendo, y la piscina me encantaría probarla cuando volvamos en verano. Tiene una cancha para practicar deportes como el baloncesto, eso les gustó mucho a los niños también. En general no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante estancia y todo fue mejor de lo que habíamos imaginado.

Very good vacations!
The villa is wonderful, with large garden areas where children can play and enjoy. The house very nice and modern, where it does not lack any kind of detail. The heating allowed us to have a good temperature although we had quite sunny and pleasant days.
The owners were very friendly at all times and happy to solve whatever we needed. Splendid location, a few kilometers from the beach and the areas to visit. We will return for sure!

Mucho luxe pero no se puede usar. No tiene luz suficiente .
La propiedad tiene un problema con la potencia de la luz importante. No te puedes calentar y cocinar a la vez. La casa tiene todo eléctrico pero no lo puedes utilizar pues la luz se cae. No se debe alquilar una casa en esas condiciones, es un engaño. La luz se fue 10 veces el primer día y para cocinar tuvimos que quitar el calor y pasar frío.
La propietaria muy amable pero la solución no la pudo poner.

Excellentes vacances!
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle villa avec une vue superbe! Nous étions 2 familles de 4 enfants dont 5 «ados et plus ». La maison est très vaste et très confortable et chacun avait son espace.
Thomas et Nadège sont adorables et disponibles si besoin.
Peu de plages sympas autour mais tellement d’autres visites à faire! Recommandation absolue!

superbe villa au calme avec de magnifiques équipements
Magnifique villa au calme avec une superbe vue. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très agréables, le jardin est très beau et très bien aménagé. La présence d'un terrain de basket, servant également d'aire de jeux pour les enfants, est génial. Le verger nous a permis d'avoir des citrons verts. Un lieu de vacances idéal entre amis ou en famille. Les équipements sont adaptés pour 14 personnes (grand canapé, bar, une très bonne barre de son , 2 grandes tables: intérieure et extérieure, plusieurs terrasses). Déco de la villa très sympa. je recommande fortement cette villa qui est très bien située ( proche malaga ) Propriétaire très sympa, disponible et très arrangeant.

Just loved the place! This villa was fantastic. Thomas and his wife Nadège welcomed us warmly, showed us the place and informed us about everything we needed to know. The house is huge and beautiful. Nicer than on the pictures. It's very open and has a lot of space available. Everything is new, modern and practical to use. Nice swimming pool, a pingpong table and a half basketball court what is rare to see in the region. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful but still only 5 minutes away from shops and restaurants in Alhaurín de la Torre. I actually liked it so much I already rented it again for my next trip to Málaga next month. It's also perfect for families as it has a playroom and all you need to keep the kids busy and happy!
