any stay in kaapsehoop is great! Central position as we were watching show right there
We had problems with the POWER or PLUGS. Thankfully had overhead lights but plugs were off. phoned after show about 9.30pm and was rectified BUT then the power went off again and we could not watch tv, no bedside lights, kettle etc. With SA NZ rugby being on still at midnight and no plugs I phoned again and nobody answered this time so walked up to Nagkantoor Pub and they gave me duty manager or somebody's cell number and as after midnight i didn't want to phone and wake up so sent whatsapp and now almost 24 hours i still didn't get a reply to whatsapp and we checked out 12 hours ago! The plugs came on at 7am as we'd obviously left it on when wasn't working so woke up to lights going on! They started cleaning hall at 7am and we were room 32 right near hall so sadly was no sleeping in after a late night as the moving of chairs and cleaning the hall was very noisy! Didn't last longer than an hour but we couldn't then go back to sleep! So although was nice to be close to the hall to go straight there after the show it wasn't nice to be woken up so early!

The photos presented on Booking.com were exactly what we received.
The day before our departure, we only received one clean glass and one cup per person in the room. It seemed like there were no additional clean cups or glasses available for use during our stay, or at least replaced daily with clean ones. Additionally, I noticed that our towels weren’t changed at all throughout our visit.
Given the chilly temperatures in the area, I would also recommend considering the implementation of bed heaters or providing thicker blankets for guests, as this would greatly enhance comfort during the night.
