Not good at all.

The rooms was clean.

I literally had no key to my room. Staff was fixing stuff on their end and I had them let me in the room bc they couldn’t provide me a key at the time of checkin. When I went to car to get my stuff I had to put a trash can in front of my room door so I could get back in my room. Again no room key for 2 hours into stay. I had things to go. I had no key. For the price I paid that was not called for or normal. It is not my problem they had problems with the keys. I paid for my Room

Like the hotel but not that location

I did like the pool, fitness area, the front desk people. The keyless entry was nice

The parking garage needs cameras or security The first night there multiple rentals were broke into & vandalized including mine Dealing with a family death & this unfortunate event made the stay in Cincinnati worse. Need a bigger parking lot upstairs The $3 small bowl of cereal was definitely over priced. So I was definitely disappointed with breakfast

All in all a pleasant stay.

Location, price and very very clean

Better directional signs would be helpful. The pre-paid breakfast was odd. You weren’t allowed to get your own food. That was uncomfortable. Lots of employees hanging out at the front desk.

Lots of other people were complaining at the desk; this was one of my least favorite hotel experienc

Things I did NOT like!! Room was not available at check in time When we finally got the room 7:30 pm, the floor in entryway was sticky. Room 209 was noisy I believe due to heating / air conditioning units on roof outside our window.

Best place to stay it was great and will stay again for future visits.

Everything! The staff, cleanliness, close to the hospital, dining and was just a great experience will definitely stay here for future stays.

I'd stay here again if ever I needed a hotel room in Cincinnati.

I did not make it to breakfast unfortunately so I can't speak on it but we had a problem with the safe in our room and the front desk sent help immediately to resolve the problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy to see a coffee maker in my room since they aren't being put in the rooms at all hotels as they once were.

Was charged a higher tax rate than quoted on my reservation. Don't really understand how that could happen. Confirmed by the desk clerk after checkin.

the location is great, one exit from tons of food options, not too far from airport

The bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival (leftover hair) but quickly fixed when I called down. We stay here every few months and this was the first time we’ve had this issue.

I will never recommend this Hotel chain or use Booking.com again

Nothing, with zero flexibility in the booking I paid for a stay I could not attend

I had a terrible experience with Booking.com as well as the hotel for not supporting change

The hotel was really nice for our one night stay.

The breakfast was great. The staff was super helpful in getting us situated. The room was very clean and organized.

Having to park in your basement adds safety issues for the guests. You need to provide more parking

We are very disappointed that there is not a free breakfast buffet at his hotel. The price they charge is terrible considering their rates to stay there.

We had no hot water in our room for the 4nights we stayed there.
