This hotel was great. It was clean, comfortable & spacious. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Cincy. The staff was incredibly nice & helpful
I wasn’t thrilled about the parking. It has a tiny parking lot in front but the rest of the parking is under the hotel in a garage.

We loved, all the little details, shampoo and soaps in the shower, automatic curtains, after hours snack area. The check-in service was nice, a/c on and lights and name on the tv.
On our check out day about 60 minutes before checkout I was taking luggage to the car and housekeeping opened the door unannounced and my wife was in the room naked. Pool and bar could be open a bit longer.

It was a convenient location to our purposes
It was mostly clean & the room was mostly quiet
Not very dog friendly to find an area for relieving themselves
Elevator was down half the time & pool was closed part of the time.
Staff were brusk at times about issues we had no control over.
