About this apartment rental
The attic consists of: 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single folding bed or a cot, private bathroom, equipped kitchen / living room and roof terrace. The apartment is also suitable for small children as it is equipped with a cot and high chair. It comfortably sleeps 2/4 people and is a 10-minute walk from the center. Nearby supermarkets, bus and train station.
The apartment, 50 square meters of new renovation, can accommodate up to 5 people. Ideal for friends on vacation in Florence, but also for couples with children.
E 'consists of a bedroom with double bed, room with sofa bed, kitchen / living room and bathroom with shower. Complete the apartment a lovely private terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence, where you can relax after a busy day around the city.
At the disposal of my guests: WiFi, sheets, blankets, towels, hair dryer, air conditioning, TV, fridge freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, mocha, coffee, oil and salt.
Guests access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, including cooking. It is not allowed to let people exceeding the number set in the reservation.

I dress in the same building and I'll be glad to help you promptly in your stay in my city. Upon your arrival I will receive you to present the apartment and the neighborhood.
The district
The neighborhood is located near the old town, just beyond the circle of avenues. For this reason enjoys the convenience of a modern area, despite being in a great location to visit the city without using cars and public transport, also close to the house.
The district of Santa Croce, one of the most characteristic of Florence, and the Sant'Ambrogio Market, where you can find fresh food at a good price, are within a few minutes walk.
The area has all kinds of services: supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacy, laundry, as well as countless shops and quaint restaurants, pizzerias and bars in the nearby Via Gioberti, a lively street with more than 100 shops!
In addition, you will be in a strategic position if you want to get to the concert area and the stadium, which is only 10 min. on foot!

Everything and more.... easy walking to attractions.inexpensive taxi from train station. Neighborhood quiet, safe.

Grazia is a wonderful host. She was prompt in answering all questions, she met us early so we wouldn't have to carry around our luggage, she had chilled water and champagne for our anniversary. The apartment is clean, air conditioning in both living room and bedroom is perfect, quiet neighborhood location close to everything but away from the hustle. Grazia provides very detailed instructions and brochures ready. The rooftop terrace was nice at night. We would definitely stay there again when we return.

Grazia est une hôtesse gentille, attentionnée, tout était propre, silencieux et elle etait présente à notre arrivée. Apt près des services et des besoins de tous les jours. Un peu loin du centro historico mais il y a le bus et la gare vraiment tout près. Nous recommandons cet apt sans hésitation ! Merci pour la bouteill de vin et d'avoir pris le temps de bien nous expliquer les environs. MERCI GRAZIA,
