Not a lot of variety to ... same choices two days in a row

The secondary safety lock on the door did not work. The sofa and chair had shoulder height arms that were terribly awkward and uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. Karen checked us out and was obviously inconvenienced by us being there. No Good Morning. How was your stay? Thanks for staying with us! or any other attempt to engage with us. We had better interactions with gas station attendants on the way there and home than we did with her ... so bad that we may consider not staying there again.

Hotel was very full for the weekend. Breakfast food ran out at 9 and did not see more till almost 10, need to plan better!

Great location, large rooms, and close to beautiful Lake Michigan shore.

Very convenient location, room was clean but outdated with many mismatched items. The chairs at the bar did not match, silverware didn't match, shampoo, condition, lotion - each a different brand.

I checked out at 7:30 am and there was no regular coffee in any carafe. I did not have time to request and wait for fresh coffee.

The hotel was very nice and the front staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice and clean.

The only complaint was the breakfast. One of the waffle machines was out of service due to a waffle stuck to it and a part sitting loosely on top of it. There also wasn’t as many breakfast items offered as in other hotels we have stayed at. Neither issue would prevent me from staying here again.

had to leave a day early and though i gave 30 hour notice before exit was told it was under 24 so no refund.....lies and cheats

Friendly and great location.

My stay was quiet and friendly

My room floor and table was not cleaned. I could tell the mirror was not wiped because of many finger prints. I did not complain because I felt they were minor. otherwise my stay was perfect and I would stay here again.

Superb

Room was big, comfortable, clean Breakfast was amazing! Staff were even more amazing!! Within walking distance of dining and riverfront.

No whirlpool and We could hear other guests and staff outside our room very early in the morning. We stayed in a suite and paid for the comfort and privacy.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. Could tell that the bread/bakery/was days old. But the staff did replenish eggs, bacon, and coffee upon out request because the buffet was empty. Our bed pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi water was lukewarm and bathroom setup was odd
