Situated in Louth, this lovely house for $132 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our exclusive holiday home offers peace and tranquility and yet is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Louth, in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. You are welcomed with a delicious homemade welcome hamper with freshly baked bread and cakes as well as a bottle of wine. Enjoy a soak in the roll top bath with skylight above or take in a movie on the widescreen tv with built in surround sound. 2 beautiful king size bedrooms both offer luxurious ensuite bathrooms: Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom with roll top bath. Bedroom 2 offers a king size bed, en suite with large walk in shower. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area open onto the private terrace garden a perfect sun trap for you to relax and unwind. Every detail has been taken care of including luxury toiletries, bathrobes, as well as homemade meals that are always available in freezer to purchase, if cooking seems too much trouble! Our extras include: tea, coffee, sugar, luxury toiletries (hand soap, hand cream, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, bath soak and bath crystals) , cleaning products including dishwasher tablets , oil, salt and pepper to save you on your packing. The restaurants, bars and unique shops, that make Louth such a special place, are only a few minutes walk from our exclusive holiday home. The private driveway provides secure parking for our guests meaning so that you can park up and wander into town without having to take the car.

Wonderful Lodge - has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is very central and allows easy access for all Louth has to offer. Great communication. Very clean. Would love to stay here again.

Lovely lodge, very clean, extremely well-appointed. TVs in every room, wi fi good. Better accommidation than many quality hotels.
We came to Louth to get to know the Lincolnshire coast and countryside better.

When we arrived at Byford lodge it looked exactly as in the photographs and it has a keypad entry which we really appreciated so no worries regarding taking keys everywhere . We loved being easy walking distance to Louth town centre and Byford Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the area . The accommodation itself was very comfortable and private even though it sits next to the owners property. I have to admit we didn’t use the cooking facilities ! But everything was there for those who can resist the temptation of the great restaurants and pubs in Louth and surrounding areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. My only gripe is I would have preferred a shower in my bathroom not a bath but you can’t have everything ! The added bonus of our own totally private garden space was great. Parking at the property was very easy once I had negotiated my huge hire car through the driveway entrance !

Super property. Welcomed by friendly host who made us feel very welcome on arrival and for the rest of the week.They we’re always ready to engage with us and made us feel really at home. It is Well furnished with interesting furniture and fabrics. There is everything that you need for a self catering holiday. If you prefer to eat out there is an array of cafes, pubs, restaurant’s and bars within easy walking distance of the property. Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do locally and further afield. Lincoln Cathedral is a must to see if you haven’t already seen it.

Byford Lodge provided wonderful accommodation for a week's break in Lincolnshire. Ideally situated to explore Louth and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Luxurious little apartment with many nice features including private courtyard garden king-size beds and lovely welcome hamper.
We couldn't turn off heated towel rails which were not needed on a very hot day but that's really only a niggle.

We had a wonderful time staying at beautiful Byford Lodge. It’s the perfect location to enjoy the Lincolnshire Wolds and hit the beaches at Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. The accommodation was spotless, very comfortable and the welcome hamper an added treat. A big thank you to Josie for great comms in the lead up to our stay.

Beautiful property
Louth is an excellent town to stay in, with plenty of shops and restaurants.
The Lodge is very convenient for town, only 5 minutes walk to everything Louth has to offer, and the owners have gone out of their way to be very welcoming but also respecting your privacy. They have made a lovely terrace garden especially for the Lodge, which is very private and peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor very tasteful. My only niggle, is that we would have preferred a wider bed(theirs is 5ft)
and a softer mattress. I have back problems so this might not be an issue for other guests. All in all we had a great time and can highly recommend Byford Lodge.

amazing! josie is a wonderful host; from the booking process to the departure she has thought of everything to make it seamless and your stay as easy as possible. the apartment is stunning with so many gorgeous, personable touches giving a feel of luxury, splendour and humour. josie offers home made food - try it - it's gorgeous - you may even wish to take some home with you. highly recommended and can't wait to return.

THE BEST OF ALL
Everything about 'Byford Lodge' is super first class. It's easy to find, it's an easy walk from the Lodge to the Louth town centre, Louth itself is worth a day trip, the comfort of the Lodge was way beyond our expectations. It's a superb place to stay if you want a holiday touring Lincolnshire, or just want a comfortable and peaceful place to rest. We've been in hotels and Self-Catering establishments all over the world, but none of them come near Byford Lodge for quality and comfort. Coming back to the Lodge after a day's trip out was so welcoming and comfortable. To top it all, Iain and Josie made us so welcome, you'd never find better hosts. A haven of peace and quiet
A relaxed and delightful place to stay during an emotional 2 days in Louth for my Mothers Funeral. Everything we needed was there and to the very highest standards. Quite the best self catering we have experienced in both the UK and Europe.

We were in the area visiting family combined with watching a cycle race. This property was the perfect location. There was lots of easy parking which is always a big plus. The property is beautiful with plenty of space and the outside patio was an added bonus. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you

We cannot fault the standard of Byford Lodge. We were very warm and comfortable during our short stay. The welcoming hamper was ideal and the bottle of wine greatly appreciated. Our stay was for a family christening and we won't hesitate to stay again!

Immaculately maintained and decoarated to an exceptionally high standard.
The property is a comfy, homely and luxurious hideaway in the center of Louth. A warm welcome from Josie & Ian, and a lovely hamper on our arrival at Byford Lodge.
Everything we may have needed and more can be found in the cottage, we particularly enjoyed the home-cinema style tv & sound system while we relaxed for the weekend. I don't recall seeing this in the cottage info/advert and was a pleasant surprise.
The cottage, central to Louth and so handy for local shops and pubs means the car didn't have to move from the secure off street parking. Even with the proximity to the town center the cottage is very quiet, we could have been in the countryside.
A real gem of a find, can't wait to plan our return.

Superbly decorated and well appointed with everything we needed for a totally relaxing stay. We received a lovely family welcome and delicious hamper on our arrival. A perfect location to explore Louth with everything within walking distance. Well worth another visit.
