Nice comfortable cottage. Everything you need for a short stay, some nice little touches. Lovely kitchen. Small but functional bathroom. Louth is a lovely place and well worth a visit. The cottage is situated in an excellent position for the town centre. Parking wasn’t an issue it’s directly opposite the property and always plenty of places to park. £2.10 for 24 hrs.(need to buy a ticket at 8am for the day) Would stay again.

We came to visit friends in louth and this was the ideal place to walk into town. Also having the car park right opposite was great. Loved the little things left in the fridge. Will definitely use again next year when we visit again
There was nothing we didn't like. If I had to pick one thing it would be the pillows were a bit thick but I would just bring my own next time.

Modernised cottage to an exceptional standard! Inside it’s modern and homely. Nice taste!
A safety gate at the top of the stairs would be helpful maybe for older or very young people? Just a thought and not in any way a criticism!
