All 3 bathrooms are luxurious and spa inspired. Wide open living room, dining room, media room, kitchen modernized with stainless appliances & quartz countertops, double oven, cooktop, built-in microwave & bar. Extra large windows to enjoy the exotic backyard. Salt water, heated pool with waterfall and sun deck. Picnic barbecue area with grill. Sitting area by the water perfect for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. Two private outdoor showers. Close to the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beaches, attractions, professional sports and a variety of cultural and fine arts. Walk to many restaurants, bars, clubs, museums and unique shops. This house was perfect for our group of 6. The interior was clean, spacious and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful. This home is conveniently located close to shops, beach and airport. We enjoyed our stay and would revisit this place again. Highly recommend! Mark, the owner, was very easy to deal with it and accessible throughout our stay. It’s a great house.

House was as described, owner was very easy to communicate with. Pool area was fantastic, we spent alot of time in the pool or hanging out around it. We also used the provided kayaks to explore the canals. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. The location made it easy to access restaurants and the beach. A curtain or blind in the master bathroom would be recommended but other than that the place was fantastic. Would stay here again for sure.

I can’t say enough about our stay. The house was immaculately clean. It was everything that was promised and it was very comfortable. The pool was amazing. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Mark and Ken were very accommodating to our schedule. I really can’t say enough about it. I would give it a 10.

This place was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. the pool was a little cold at night but was perfect during the day. we had 6 adults and there was plenty of space to hang out inside and out. We would stay here again, no question.

We spent a marvellous weekend with our family at Villa Blanca. A spacious, clean and quiet location with a well equipped kitchen (we were cooking there). We love to return for another time.

Beautiful property, the house has everything you could possibly need, and the amenities are fantastic. We especially loved the heated pool and the huge open floor plan! My group of 6 girls was a perfect fit and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Our family consisted of 5. We had plenty of space, and having 3 full bathrooms was a plus. The host Mark was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house was clean and truly had everything you would need. The location was great as well. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Mark for making our stay great!

I’ve been renting properties for 15 years and this was by far my favorite. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and resourceful. The pool was the highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the large shared living space indoors for meals, games, and hanging out together. The house has every appliance you could wish for. The place was immaculate. I highly
recommend this home for your Fort Lauderdale stay.

Would definitely recommend! The house and pool are as pictured! Beautiful property and worth the stay. Mark was amazing at sending necessary information prior to our stay and during. Pool is heated and private. Beds were comfortable and had plenty pillows (important to me). I also liked that I was able to control the ac settings (70 to 75.. perfect for me) oppose to other properties I’ve stayed that try and keep it locked at 75 degrees, even at night. Neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping centers and coffee shops as well.

We couldn't have been happier with this perfect oasis ! The property is stunning, clean and perfect for a get away with friends or family. The pool is amazing and we spent 4/5 days lounging in the sun. Thank you to Mark for being such a gracious and accommodating host!

Well appointed property with gorgeous pool and very private backyard perfect for our family group. Lots of great restaurants in the area to choose from. Convenient to the airport or beach. Communication with host was fast and friendly.

This was a great place for us to gather as a family and celebrate Thanksgiving. The owner was very responsive to any questions which arose. Great location as well - easy access to grocery and beach. We enjoyed using the kayaks, too.

Great and beautiful stay at Poinsettia Heights. Perfect for 7-8 girls, the couch was a bit small for anyone over 5’6”, but all other beds and accommodations were great and clean. The backyard pool and location was perfect and made our bride to be so happy! Thanks Mark and Ken!

This was the perfect house for a Bach weekend. The pool was stunning and the house couldn’t be in a better location. Close enough to all the great restaurants and bars but far to really get some relaxation time in as well. Would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation! Mark and Ken were very responsive and helpful with anything and everything! The house was clean, pool was wonderful, and extremely accommodating for two families with several children! Will certainly be staying in their locations again!

The property was beautiful, and very comfortable. It is centrally located so an easy ride to las olas, the beach, the airport and more. There are plenty of great places to go nearby. It was very clean, and the pool and kayaks were fantastic. Mark is extremely responsive for any of your needs. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent Property
We recently stayed at this property for three nights for a girls weekend and the only thing we wish we would have had is more time there. It is an adorable home and everything on the inside and outside was very clean. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Blanca. It was better than expected. The property itself, pool area and Kayaks Made it even better . So close to the stores for groceries it was just a great time . Any questions we had were answered promptly. We can’t wait to book again .
