House Daniele apartment is located on the restructuring of very short length of the town , in a quiet area just a few steps from the sea and the marina . Very convenient for its location as close to all amenities such as restaurants, bank, post office, supermarket , bus stop, beach. The house, located at the first floor has a double bedroom with sea view balcony, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed and a half with sea view balcony , bathroom with shower , living room with double sofa bed and kitchen with balcony view sea.
New furniture and well cared for in a sober , supplied with crockery, iron , ironing board , drying rack, washing machine, dryer, TV , home appliances and kitchen accessories to complete .
FREE access to INTERNET ADSL WI-FI.
On arrival the owners will accompany you in showing you around the apartment available and after the handover of keys and balance as a result , more of your request will be happy to accompany you for a small tour through the streets of the country, to introduce you to the places , the beaches , the restaurants, the shops that can be useful for your vacation .

Appartamento spazioso e dotato di quanto serve per un turista, bagno e doccia funzionali, camera ariosa con bella vista sul porto di Balestrate e sulla via principale della città , purtroppo trafficata. Temperatura sempre piacevole anche senza uso di aria condizionata grazie al vento che spira spesso dal mare. Consigliata

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick und ruhig aber dennoch nach wenigen Metern zu Fuß im Zentrum von Balestrate wo das Leben so richtig italienisch pulsiert. Vor Ort alles vorhanden. Supermarkt, nette und leckere Restaurants und ein schöner Strand mit Bar. Mietwagen absolut von Vorteil un die Insel und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden.

Het appartement was ruim en heel erg schoon.
We hebben enorm genoten van het uitzicht en het feit dat we dichtbij winkels en restaurants zaten.
Het is ook heel fijn dat je voor de deur kunt parkeren.
We hadden wel wat last van geluidsoverlast van de buren; de muren zijn dun....kan niemand iets aan doen....
Daniel had een warm welkom met water, melk en een taartje...heel attent en aardig.
