Our neighborhood is bordered by county and state park woods and beaches. Hiking trails and undeveloped beaches run all the way to Montauk Point. Directions are easy! Drive all the way to the end of Long Island, past the town of Montauk, and take the very last left where the sign says “Outer Beach” The house was built in 2002, with upgrades in 2019 and 2020. Post Modern traditional with cedar shingles, wide plank wood floors, high ceilings, and full length windows for maximum light. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps 10. The Kitchen / Living room with cathedral ceilings opens thru French doors to front deck with water and sunset views. There is a full covered porch with separate seating below. There is an additional grilling deck (extra large grill) thru French doors off kitchen - all designed to prepare large meals for an extended family. An additional Sub Zero fridge was built into the island for beverages. Granite kitchen countertops, marble tops in baths. Large outdoor shower and dressing area. The house is an ‘upside down’ layout as the second floor has the best views. Kitchen/Living Area and half bath are on the second floor. Bedrooms and two full baths are on the first floor.
