Located in Beach Haven, this lovely house for $925 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The perfect beach house! Lovely 4 bedroom, 5 bath house on Beach Haven's best street. Only 3 houses to the beach in LEHYC neighborhood. Lifeguards in season at the end of the street. Close enough to walk or bike to Beach Haven's beach bars, theater, amusement park, water slide, shops and restaurants but just far enough away to enjoy quiet nights and peaceful days. Multiple covered and open decks on all levels including rooftop deck with 360 degree view of ocean, bay, Atlantic City, fireworks, and ferris wheel. Gourmet kitchen with viking appliances and large island. Open floor plan, decorated in neutral colors and coastal living charm. Reverse living with elevator. Two living rooms, each with flat-screen TVs. Large laundry with front-load washer/dryer. Heated private pool (in season, open mid-June) and two outdoor showers. Convenient, lower level bathroom, ping-pong table, dart board, and beverage fridge in garage. Bedrooms: Two masters with ensuite baths and walk-in showers (one with king bed and one with queen bed). One bedroom with two beds (full and twin) shares bath with one bedroom with bunk beds (twin over queen bed). Bikes, beach badges, cable tv, and wifi included.

Beach Haven is wonderful. Lots of shops restaurants and beautiful beaches. Elevator was fabulous for those with mobility issues. Well appointed home. Kitchen, outdoor areas and high end appliances. Decks and pool area needed attention : not swept or cleaned. Weekly pool cleaning may be too infrequent. Automatic bottom cleaner may be warranted. Living room was not swept - cheerios under coffee table. Beach access was very difficult. Maybe town should consider mats or wooden slats for ease. Elderly family members would have hard time making the trek. But house is in perfect location. Appreciated dog friendly rental but no grass at this home for pets. Overall great vacation.

The home and amenities are wonderful. The teens enjoyed the pool and bikes. There was a hiccup when we checked in with the cleaning but the owner immediately responded and resolved the issue. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We vacation on LBI every year and would definitely consider this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Great house in beautiful Beach Haven. Within walking distance to restaurants / market/ beach. Rainy/ windy most of stay but able to enjoy the pool. Had grown children, spouses, 4 small grandchildren with plenty of room.. host Karen very responsive / no problems… definitely will be back!!!

The home is very spacious, it has a great layout, there's a lot of amenities within the house which includes a pool and an elevator. The beach is down the street, and the beach itself is is very clean

House was the perfect size for our family and location was perfect. We were able to ride bikes into Beach Haven for dinner and shopping. Owners very responsive and accommodating with all our needs. Great trip for the family!

This is a great house in great location. Close to the beach, plenty of parking and a really pretty, quiet street. Beautiful views and very comfortable. The owner is very responsive. We had a few questions during our stay and she was very helpful. Highly recommend!

The pictures do not do justice to this amazing home. Unlike most rentals I’ve been to this one feels like a home not a hotel. The host quickly responded to one issue and resolved it immediately ( on a Sunday!). My whole family enjoyed the experience beyond our expectations.

My family had a wonderful stay in this home. It has everything you could want, pool, bikes, open floor plan with kitchen/LR/DR, and those great balconies! Great location - easy walk to the beach and the bay for sunsets. One minor issue was quickly addressed by homeowner. Would highly recommend this home.

We rented this property the first week of June and it exceeded all of our expectations. The house was clean and the views from the balconies and were great. It was awesome to have a pool all to ourselves and the walk to the beach is all of three houses down. The neighborhood was cute and for the most part quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Beach Haven Home- super close to the beach and the pool was fantastic! Well stocked kitchen and available beach and pool amenities helped make our stay very comfortable. Plenty of books and games helped keep our gang entertained. Note for other renters - linens were NOT provided (I missed the small print at the bottom of the listing-- and since we were traveling from out of state- it made for a slight inconvenience) Otherwise the house was perfect! We hope to come back again.
