An oasis of calm in the hustle and bustle of ever busy Bangkok, the Rose Residence is well located with only a short walk to good restaurants and Pat Pong night markets.
Staff were extremely helpful. Most especially the manager who was very hands-on always at the front of house and only too happy to assist with inquiries not only about Bangkok but also other locations that we intended to visit. He also volunteered to hold some luggage for us until we returned to Bangkok after 6 weeks in Europe.
Nice clean rooms well appointed and a lovely garden setting for the excellent breakfast.
It is quite near rail transport and you can get from the airport with a bus and train. If travelling by taxi, let the driver know that it is next to the Rose Hotel as it is in a private access road.

There's nothing to dislike at the Rose residence.
That's why we return so many times.
If there are any problems with your room or something your not happy with, as soon as you tell the staff its fixed with out any attitude or ill feelings. The staff are truly amazing and so good at their job. Micky sees to that in his close bond with all his staff,who work as a great team to ensure you're stay is perfect.

The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The setting was amazing, a beautiful oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of a big city. Lots to see and do within walking distance. All staff were friendly and Mickey was a super star, thank you for the personal tour
The only thing we didn't like was the beds were very firm and uncomfortable

The staff is very polite and nice. The place is clean. The choice of a fresh made meal at breakfast is great. Nice pool. Pretty garden area for sitting outside. Location is great, lots of massage places nearby and many food choices as well.
The building, rooms and furniture are pretty used up. When my neighbors took a shower, water was flowing into my bath room. The hallways are not climatized. Basic choices at breakfast are limited. The air conditioning had mold stains all around. The smell in the room was also a little moist and mold like. I paid around 65€ per night. For 25€ it would have been a 9/10, like this, only a 6/10.
