About this condo rental
Nestled in West Beach, this charming condo for $199 per night is a great option for your next trip. Surfside Shores Unit 2406 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom direct gulf-front condo with two large private balconies. Perfect for large families or two smaller families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and ocean views. The condo amenities are great. 2 ocean front pools for adults, 2 kiddie pools, a barbecue area, and a pristine beach that is never too crowded. You can be down the elevator and have your toes in the water in under a minute. This complex has 400' of beachfront with less than 100 units in the complex total. What does this mean? You will always have plenty of space to sprawl out on the beach and never feel like others are on top of you. Furthermore, the two large pools and two kiddie pools seldom get crowded and are perfect for families with little children. This unit just underwent a renovation including adding large flat screen TVs in every room, new living room furniture, new loungers on the balcony, larger kitchen table, and updated décor. The master suite offers a King bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV, and access to the ocean front balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and private bathroom, flat screen TV and access to a separate, lagoon facing balcony. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and its own private bathroom. Living room has convertible couch allowing this unit to sleep 8 comfortably with plenty of privacy for all guests. This condo is on the 4th floor giving amazing panoramic views of the ocean, but easy access from both elevators and stairs. There is a security guard at the front gate ensuring guests are not bothered. Located in the heart of all gulf shores attractions:. Our personal favorites are: Nightlife and Entertainment: The Hangout, Lulu's, The Gulf Lunch & Dinner: Sassy Bass, Original Oyster House, Bahama Bob's, Sunset Cork Room Breakfast: Ruby Slipper, Hazel's Nook, The Diner Recreation: Waterville Waterpark, Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Family Fun Park, Go-Carts & Mini Golf, Dolphin Cruises Within 15-30 mins: Gulf State Park, Orange Beach, Historic Fort Morgan, Dauphin Island (via Ferry) Free wireless internet provided. Basic Cable is included but feel free to login to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon or DIsney+ with your Roku or FireTV stick. Check in at 4pm, Check out at 10am. Parking Passes are purchased from the security guard at the front for $32. This will last the length of your stay. (not a daily charge) Door code will be provided within 24 hours of check-in. We booked Jared and Sara's condo and planned our first family trip to the beach with our three kids. Imagine our surprise when we got there and there was no beach access! The city was reconstructing the beach and had caution tape and huge pipe along the beach, blocking us from walking out of the condo and playing on the beach right in front of the unit. We contacted Jared and Sara who did some digging and were extremely apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault) and we were able to access the beach a lot further down from the unit. Later in our stay, the construction vehicles moved down the beach further and we were able to access the beach right in front of the building and all was well. The owners refunded us a night of our stay for our troubles, which was very kind. The unit was older and in need of a few minor tweaks and repairs, but nothing that impacted our trip very much. We definitely would come back and stay. And check local news in the future to make sure the beach isn't closed! :)

Buyer beware! We are a family of five who were down for a soccer tournament. The condo is in a great spot with great views. The owners were responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo does, however, have a somewhat run-down feel to it……like maybe some updating and maintenance are overdue. I noticed the fridge door was a little clunky but thought little of it. We didn’t cook in the condo and probably only opened the fridge like 10-15 times over the weekend. Well, they hit us with substantial refrigerator repair charges a few days after we left......like almost enough to buy a new fridge! If opening and closing the fridge door a few times is a crime, lock me up!!

We had a great time at this condo. Clean and just as listed. Awesome location being right on the beach and the views are amazing! Getting to see the dolphins was a highlight of our mornings. Brought up a couple minimal things with owner that were addressed quickly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some time away!

It was a great place to stay first time to gulf shores with the family. Kids had a blast they cannot wait they said to come back again. Was really nice that the one bedroom for the older 2 kids had twin beds. Also enjoyed the list of places and restaurants around gulf shores that they have posted in the condo. This particular condo unit is perfect for a family. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. On the beach. On the pool. Close access to everything needed! Our family had a wonderful stay here and not having to worry about anything regarding the complex or this unit is a breath of fresh air. Recommend!

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament in Foley. We loved staying on the beach, but being less than 30 mins from the sports complex.

Small things are big conveniences for us. Keypad entry - no stopping for keys or passing them back and forth going to and from the beach. Fantastic ice-maker in the fridge - we could fill a small cooler daily. Tall chairs on the balcony allow an unobstructed view of the gulf. Cordless vacuum for easy cleanup of inevitable sand on the floors. And the complex has gone to fiber internet - the low speeds and high lag times are gone. It’s clearly shared bandwidth, but it’s now fast enough to keep your devices working at acceptable speeds. Even cellular can be slow at peak times, so the faster wifi is a welcome addition.

The condo was simply beautiful and very accommodating for my large group. I had 4 children, 1 teen, and 3 adults and we were all very comfortable. The owner’s were very responsive to all my inquiries during the stay. I loved that the 4th floor had a trash chute, each room had a bathroom & balcony, washer/dryer, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pictures and the description of the condo/property is very accurate on the listing. The only complaint I had was that the hot tub on the property was not hot. I will be a return guest in the future. Thanks so much Smith Family!

This is a great building and location with perfect beach. The unit itself is cute. But, looking a little worn. The cleaning folks need to try a little harder. The design of the master bedroom en-suite bathroom is very cramped. The other two bathrooms are much better. Overall a great stay. The place needs a little bit more care in cleaning and maintenance.
