About this apartment rental
Completely remodeled and decorated in a modern Mexican Hacienda style, this 2 bed, 2 bath casita, exudes Mexican charm with its outdoor kitchen/terrace and its gorgeous views of Banderas Bay and the lush Amapas mountain side. Located just blocks from the famous Los Muertos Beach as well as the fabulous restaurants/bars on Olas Altos. This gem has a nicely appointed kitchen with new appliances and kitchenware, one King and one Queen bedrooms with all new bedding and linens, and completely renovated bathrooms. The intimate 14 unit complex offers a private pool for residents, weekly maid service and a concierge service through our property management team. Free internet, smart TVs, and free bottled water. Daily maid service and airport transfers are available at additional charge. There are approximately 8 small steps to access the condo and the complex does not have an elevator.
There is a nearby funicular which operates daily until 11pm as an option to the stairs that lead down to Olas Altos.
This hidden gem (with its charming covered terrace), is nestled just above Olas Altos, and just steps from all of PV's vast amenities. It is the perfect place to start your day with your morning coffee or wind up the evening with your favorite glass of wine ... just relax and take in the sights and sounds of the Romantic Zone and Old Town Vallarta.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. Beautifully furnished & plenty of towels, including beach towels. Hosts were available & quick respond to any questions. Location was exactly as described, clean pool w/plenty of chairs, walking distance to beach, shopping & restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! Communication with the owner/property manager was excellent, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend.

Pros:The condo is a charming gem and is conveniently close to the “Little Tram” which was a game changer at the end of a long day. The sunset view from the patio was lovely. Overall it was clean, comfortable and decorated with touches of authentic Mexico throughout. Potted plants and flowers created a feeling of tropical seclusion plus a colorful tree mural in the corner offered a tiny “resident” gecko a rather discrete hiding place on the patio. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows.The primary bedroom had built in storage as well as a stacked washer & dryer which was nice to have. Both of the bathrooms had colorful tiled walk in showers and plenty of fresh towels. The other bedroom had less storage options but we discovered a couple of small closets in the shared living space to hang some of the clothes which was not ideal but sufficient. Cons:We were shocked to discover that the slider in the primary bedroom to the covered patio did NOT lock (later to find out that the Property Manager was aware in advance but did nothing to address it prior to our arrival).The air conditioner in the primary bedroom had such a significant leak that large puddles of water formed on the tiled floor below - how one of us didn’t slip and fall is a miracle! It’s disappointing that these significant security & safety issues were not addressed prior to our stay, especially since we booked so far in advance!
