About this condo rental

Located in Milan, this charming condo for $228 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Charming flat located only few minutes walk from Central Station as well as close to Metro Line M2. 5 minutes walking to Corso Buenos Aires, a large shopping street with connection to Metro Line M1. 20 minutes walk to Duomo. The guests will have access to the entire apartment. Kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Late check out as available costs 50% of night price. Early check in on request as available. Always luggage storage Monday to Friday from 9am to 6 pm. CHECK IN REGISTRATION We can accept guests only with ID, Passport or driving license for registration. CHECK-IN: 15:00-00:00 CHECK-OUT: before 11:00. Late check out subject to availability. Cost equal to 40% of one night. SELF CHECK-IN with numeric keypad for the entrance door and the apartment door. DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT: if damage is found upon check-out, a penalty of up to €300 may be charged ADAPTER SECURITY DEPOSIT: we lend universal electrical socket adapters free of charge upon immediate deposit of €10 in cash which will be returned upon return of the device. SILENT TIMES It is requested to respect the hours of silence from 8 to 23 of the condominium. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the apartment. It is NOT ALLOWED to use candles (all types, all sizes) inside the apartment Parties are NOT ALLOWED Guests are REQUIRED to be polite and respectful of the apartment and what they will find at their disposal. It is MANDATORY to show a valid identity document in order to proceed with the registration of the stay before entering the apartment. 2 minute walking from Caiazzo station on green line

Large clean apartment within walking distance to Milan Central Station and meeting locations for tours. Many nearby restaurants. Air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot July weather. On site manager was super helpful.

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. It was also conveniently located very near the Milano Centrale train station as well as the metro line. If you like to get your exercise, it was only a 2-3 mile walk to the Duomo. The main shopping street Corso Buenos Aires is only a few streets away. There are also several very good restaurants literally just outside the front door of the apartment. An Indian Restaurant, Spice Village, and an Italian restaurant, Noblesse Oblige Cucina Italiana. We ate at both multiple times and they were excellent. I highly recommend the Fiochetti "cacio e pere" on the lunch menu at Noblesse Oblige.

Apartment is in a great location close to the metro to visit Milan. The building manager is very helpful. Walking distance to shopping and parking.

Very clean, modern, and quiet. Close to Milan central train station. Not a lot of restaurants close, but our goal was to be within walking distance of the station, and this was perfect. Would stay again!

Short walk from Central Station and enjoyed a nice walk through the park to the Galleria and Cathedral. Apartment was spacious and clean, two large bedrooms, ideal for my son and myself. Good location and facilities. I would recommend.

We wanted a comfortable place to stay in Milan that was close to the Central Station. This place was great. Safe, comfortable, quiet. Modern amenities and convenient to Metro and walkable to shopping, restaurants, and the train station.
