I don't want to review this place but i need to make this prompt go away so I stop seeing it. Booking.com is not responding to my many emails to remove this listing from my review section. They keep emailing me to leave a review and won't remove it. The booking.com help desk just "cleared" my message instead of replying. The property have refunded me for my stay because I didn't feel safe there alone so I left after a few hours. This is why I do not want to see this property all over my account. Do not go alone, especially as a woman. Booking.com did not acknowledge my long account of my bad experience, other than with a generic boilerplate reply. This is all but inaccessible by road in a car, please don't try to get there without a 4x4 or jeep with really bouncy suspension, it's a terrible hazard, and there is no mobile reception if you pop a tire. You would be way safer walking but then you'd have at least an hour hike back to the road. It took me 30 minutes to drive a few km and it was so terrifying that I wouldn't have enjoyed my stay thinking about how I would get out of there. The booking.com listing does not tell you this until after you book, when they send a message with directions saying "you should be ok". Fingers crossed, like.

Location & glorious beach

We stayed in no M4 & it STUNK. Was opposite a public loo & the smell was revolting & the property should not be rented out to paying guests. When we alerted the Caeser Hotels Group they did not respond & failed to deal with any of our requests whilst on sight.

Combination of nature (walking) and the comfort of accommodation in a unique area with two private beaches incl. sunbeds. Also good Italian food.

Clean property all along. Great vacation spot if you want to slow down and reboot

Beach is rocky and a bit hard to get in

Amazing place, staff, location: The location is inside the Maremma national park. All of nature is preserved, just a few stone cabins and one road is there. So you cannot get closer to nature than this! The staff was very kind, always tentative and talkative. The room was newly renovated and very modern. We even had a visitor in our garden, a wild turtle we named him Marcel Jacobs because he was moving so fast :) We had full pension, the lunch was so cute was brought to our flat or to the beach in a stylish carry bag. Dinner menu was different every evening and only served local products. There are two beaches, we always went to Poseidon beach, the sea is so nice and blue and it is as if you have your private beach, such a luxury feeling! You need walking shoes and leave your LV bags and make up at home, it is so liberating to be part of nature. We stayed three days in a mountain flat, the road was very steep but we took the challenge and walked up everyday it was good exercise. Sometimes we also took the car. I wish we could have stayed more. This is the best place to be close to beautiful hills covered in endless forests and to forget about city life. We will definitely come back. Secret: I wish I could live there forever ❤️

There is no internet connection 😢 but after one day I got used to leaving my phone in the room. There are too many insects and flies near our room. Probably due to humidity coming from the boiler behind us. We were unlucky to have cloudy bad weather.

Great location in the national park, accommodation is very close to two nice beaches.

Unfortunately although the days were restful on the beach, the nights were not. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The property has a lot of rooms and it’s so noisy. Of course it depends on your neighbours but even doors closing and people using the toilets are so loud. If you are u lucky enough to have not so considerate guests, you will hear them up talking until the early hours. Lie-ins not possible as the cleaner is knocking on the door at 8am and clattering around other rooms. Such a shame that a restful night is not possible in such a beautiful location.

Almost have the feeling that you are home

what an absolute treat to find this property. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished it could have been longer. The food was outstanding, really good value for money . The staff we friendly and welcoming. It is such a relaxing place to stay, completely off grid. we will def return again but for a longer stay next time.

The nature and the beach are very beautiful, staff at the club is mostly friendly and helpful

The rooms are dark and small and we had a lot of ants, also there is also a very bad small around the Casa al Mar. Lunch and dinner are ridiculus give the high price of the rooms, the menu is very uncreative and the quality of food is much lower than usally served at Tuscany (first course every night is pasta with always the same tomato-meat-sauce, other meals were like canteen food). We asked for one vegan meal in advance, on the first knight this consisted of plain spagetti with olive oil (no joke!), the rest of our stay it was always spagetti with tomato sauce. Some people seem to mix up a "simple kitchen" with cheaply produced meals for profit maximation of the hotel here. Unfortunatley going to a restaurant instead of having dinner at the club is not a real option as the 7 km dirt road to the club is in a pretty bad shape, so your somehow trapped there. Given that we payed about 130 EUR per person and night, there are much better hotels in Tuscany at better rates. Some comments by other guests seem to be fake as well.

It is a fantastic place for nature lovers! Long walking trails with fabulous seascapes! Very tasty food and friendly hosts!
