Rest assured that higher standards have been put in place so that high touch areas are sanitized prior to your arrival. An added benefit of staying with us is that our unit is self-contained and only you and your party can access our place right from the front door. Unlike staying at a crowded hotel where you share a lobby, hallways and a small elevator space with many, our unit only has one exclusive point of entry and you're inside. We also send you a door code to use, so no contact with another person is required for check-in or check-out. _____ Luxurious, spacious 3 bedroom 2 storey condo, is ideally located in exclusive Sierra Lane development, nestled between the Village, Monterra golf course and Blue Mountain ski hills. A favourite of families or girl/guy well behaved getaways, this complex is ideally located steps to the village. This stunning property is ideal for larger / multi- family stays & reunions, and also makes a perfect spot for a friends vacation. Extensive living space includes a large living room with 2 storey gas fireplace and large screen TV; a large dining area that comfortably seats 8; and a fully equipped kitchen with large island/eating area for 4. Lots of light, all the amenities and plenty of seating for those memorable dinners and get togethers with family and friends. The main floor also includes a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a powder room. The second floor includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious loft area. The master bedroom includes a king bed, large screen TV and a newly renovated en-suite oasis with Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and adjacent full washroom. This completely renovated condo includes well appointed kitchen and washrooms, as well as a large open concept living / dining area with 2 storey loft. The fully stocked kitchen has upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area includes high end furniture and hardwood floors. The 3 bedrooms have all the comforts of home including upgraded mattresses, high quality bed linens and towels, with forced-air heating (not electric baseboards) in the winter and central air conditioning in the summer. Upgraded electronics include large flat screen TVs, high-speed internet service, unlimited Movies, Shows, Sports and Live TV, as well as Bluetooth speakers for endless entertainment. The unit also includes a private balcony with natural gas BBQ and patio set overlooking the golf course and ski hills. Sierra Lane complex also has an outdoor swimming pool open during the summer months of July and August. All required bed linens and towels are provided, and in-suite laundry facilities are available for guests to use. Free parking is available on site (one designated spot and visitor parking all around) and unlimited internet/wi-fi access is included. Walking distance to everything, you can enjoy all that Blue Mountain has to offer and retreat to your quiet, private escape in just 5 minutes! The property was very large and well appointed. We had plenty of space for our family of four. It is a very short walk to Blue Mtn which was very convenient. The communication with the Property Management was excellent. Overall, it was a great property, and I would recommend and stay there again.

We have had a great ski holiday at this spacious condo with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was very clean, complete with all necessities for quality family time and close proximity to the Blue Mountains. The hosts have been very responsive and helpful where needed.

We booked this villa for our girls' weekend and we were incredibly happy with it. Not only was the layout perfect to accommodate all 8 of us (so much room for sleeping and lounging), the property was incredibly close to The Village. Only a 2 minute (or so) walk which made it nice and convenient. Lots of parking for our cars but we didn't even need them all weekend. The hosts were fantastic. They responded so quickly to our messages and were so helpful and polite.

Great location, house is big to fit 6 comfortably.
All kitchen equipments and supplies are there. We finally get YouTube access but wifi is slow. It is a good weekend getaway location and venue. Host response is immediate and helpful.

Quick and friendly communication and responses from the property owners. Fantastic location to get around the village. Property is set up nicely to comfortably house a large family like ours. Had some minor issues with cleanliness (I have very young children so maybe I’m just more particular) but owners have assured they will address that. Would definitely return.

Overall we had a great stay! The property was amazing! Super clean and exactly like the pictures. Beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here for you vacation in blue!

It was missing the small items that would have put it over the top like garbage bags, shampoos….. but besides that the place was great and the owners very accommodating.

Not For Seniors couples
There were several disappointments with this property.
We like to cook and this property was poorly equipped for this.
The toaster oven is filled with mould.Several of the cooking utensils were filthy.There is a jumble of basically useless odds and end filling the lower kitchen cupboards and the frying pans need to be replaced.
There are two BBQs which are both filled with rust and old old sediment.Scary to use.
The entire property is dirty.Baseboards and closets have not been cleaned in years and the ceiling fan is so loaded with dust that it throws out dirt onto the wall and ceiling when turned on.
The guest bathroom has black mould in the shower..this is dangerous..
The windows and patio doors are so dirty that you cannot see out and the blinds covering them are filthy.
All The floor mats and carpets are in desperate need of deep clean,shampoo.The property got 3 stars for the renovated bathroom sinks and toilets.And the layout.
We have travelled extensively and this rental was ,despite the pictures ,which must have been taken many many years ago,one of our biggest disappointments .
Our suggestion would be to have the entire place deep cleaned, top to bottom and then painted.

Great location and lots of space for 6 people. Close to amenities and lots to do. Had a few issues with the place but the owners responded quickly and were grateful for the insight so they could fix the issue.
