The home is nestled on a beautifully landscaped lot with huge 12x26 front deck for enjoying morning coffee or evening BBQ's with the family. The deck has a comfy seating area for 8 as well as a dining area that seats 10 for evening meals al fresco. There is also a small landscaped yard on the west side where you can enjoy the last bit of afternoon sun on the lounge chairs while enjoying the sounds of the water fountain and the tropical infused landscape design with margarita in hand.
