We were very disappointed with the cabin, we bought groceries to cook and there was not enough cookware to even make a pot of chili or soup. Crockpot was not big enough, I had to borrow a bowl so I could even make a dessert, we have stayed in many VRBO and this one didn't meet our criteria for sure. The house has a terrible odor that knocks you down when you enter the house, smells like piss maybe ? The tv kept having to buffer to watch anything. Also we thought had a washer and dryer and that wasn't the case either. Bed was comfortable and was stocked with plenty of towels.

Good location, walking distance to the pizza joint and grocery store. Beds were super comfortable, but the hot tub didn't work. Didn't realize it until we tried to get in our last night.

The cabin was perfect for the 4 of us plus my daughter's dog. Upon arriving, we couldn't get the heater to come on and we noticed there was no coffee maker. I called and withing 15 minutes, the maintenance man had our heater on and the manager brought us a brand new coffee maker! We will definitely be coming back to Southfork!! The Fall Foliage is STUNNING!

The property location is great. The cabin is satisfactory size. The best thing is the enclosed yard. Please please do not let the fence deteriorate. It has two locations that need upkeep. They are the main post that supports the gate and the far west wall behind the spa. The yard is essential to being able to let dog out in a safe area. Thank you for following up on this. I would appreciate you following up as I want to stay here again this next year another 2 weeks but the enclosed yard is the key.

This cabin was quaint and rough but perfect for a place just to sleep and get back up to the slopes the next day! It was clean and worked well for what we used it for!

Overall the property was very good. It is an older property so it could use some updating. The bathtub, in particular, either needs some support underneath or to be replaced. Regardless of whoever was in there, the tub cracked and popped with each step. Everything else was great!

Great cabin feel for a few weeks in the mountains. We used the place as a base for great ATV, fishing, and sightseeing adventures for more than three weeks. There was more room than my husband and I needed. One of the biggest pluses was the fact that they allowed pets.

The property was in a great location. A cozy little spot with a nice hot tub view. The heater does not heat the bedrooms at night, so bring extra blankets and socks to sleep in. We did have some issues with cleanliness from previous renters. It’s pet friendly, which was a plus for bringing our pup. However, others who have brought pets didn’t seem to adhere to the pet policy—furry furniture and frozen poop in the courtyard. An overall pleasant stay if you are fine with a true cabin stay.
