Breakfast was acceptable. Great location near golf course. Front desk person went out of his way to get me checked in even thought he was clearly finished with his shift but noticed the virtual kiosk having difficulty checking me in.

Not sure the digital Kiosk will be efficient. I liked the idea, but lacked the personal touch and expedience of a live person present.

The check in process was awful. I arrived around 7, which seemed like a reasonable hour to still have staff at the front desk, especially because that fell within the check in hours online. Instead, the front desk was closed and I had to check in at a virtual kiosk. It was a real person on the screen but they were not on the premises. The check in process took forever using this method and was a huge spectacle. The speakers on the kiosk were quite loud so everyone in the lobby could overhear my information. It was a very unfomfortable experience that made me feel uneasy as a solo traveler. I understand this maybe for night hours, but I think I should be able to expect an in-person staff check in at 7 PM
