It's a walking, running, biking, restaurant goer, bird watching paradise! Easy parking for as many as 4 visiting vehicles. Take advantage of the Freedom Farmers' Market at the Carter Center on Saturdays. (It's the best Farmer’s market in Atlanta complete with performers and a group of chefs). A stream and footbridge is a mere 2 blocks along the Stone Mountain Trail across the street, turning left. A footpath directly across the street welcomes you under 100 year oaks , pecan and natural beauty to the paved walk and bike trail. Take our frisbee, hammock, kite, even our blanket and picnic basket to enjoy the large fields and gentle rolling hills of Freedom Park when you turn right, up the hill. The outdoor space has ceiling fans and very comfortable sofa swings. Master bedroom has an absolutely stunning large en-suite bath! Parking for 4 vehicles in the rear with dog run! One block from tennis and basketball courts and walk from Freedom Park (across the street) to the belt-line! Also Candler Park community and Golf Club is close by. This accommodation has much to offer, with its attractive and cozy interior and outdoor. Located right across the street from Freedom Parkway with connecting paved path to the Beltline! Your stay is in a beautiful nature area with close proximity to so much to see and do in the Atlanta area, for the whole family. It surprises many of my guests, how quiet it is from street sounds while Atlanta restaurants, bars, music, museums, special events, galleries, recreation are all there for the asking. Master bedroom has an absolutely stunning large en-suite bath! Parking for 3 guest vehicles in the rear with a small but secure dog run. (Please note the added fee and requirements for bringing a pet.) Fine linens and every detail for your comfort is provided here at 1316 North Ave for a relaxing stay. Easy parking for as many as 4 visiting vehicles. Easy walking distance to the Carter Center, Manual's Tavern, Sweet Auburn BBQ, The Atlanta Cupcake factory, The Plaza and much more! Take advantage of the Freedom Farmers' Market at the Carter Center on Saturdays. It's the best market in Atlanta complete with performers and a group of chefs. We have tennis rackets and basketballs since the courts are just a block away. Also a fleet of 4 bikes with helmets A stream and footbridge is a mere 2 blocks away.

Great intown bungalow close to Little 5 Points, walking distance to Manuel's Tavern and easy access to Atlanta sites and shopping. Super comfy sleeping arrangements with ability to sleep a large family. My kids preferred to sleep together in the bunk bed room. We loved the location and the porch swings. My only criticisms would be over the small kitchen but I wasn't planning on making a big meal so it was fine for us. The washer is a washer dryer all in one so you have to plan accordingly but it was honestly fine. I'd stay again.

Property is as described. Three nice bedrooms and two new clean bathrooms. Nice sitting area and outdoor space. Maria was super helpful and inviting. Location is perfect next to park and walking/bike trails and nearby shops/restaurants/bars of Little Five Points and Beltline. Highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Chandler. Maria was a gracious host and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Great location to Downtown Atlanta and literally across the street to the beautiful Freedom Park.

All 4 of us and one cat LOVED our stay. It was compact, but had EVERYTHING we needed. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and had very comfy beds with soft towels to use. The outdoor area and grill and parking were great, just like the photo/description. Maria was so helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. Super close to Emory and close to fabulous hiking. Thank you Maria!!!

Really amazing. Close to everything, clean, trees all around. Parks across the street. This is an ideal place for parents with kids at Emory, for instance. Really good for anything in central/Druid Hills, ATL. Only caveat; Do not bring a large SUV or LARGE trucks. Minimally narrow driveway. I drive an Audi S5. I had no problem. Did not even have to fold in mirrors. Like a Toyota 4 runner would be okay. No Yukons or half ton trucks though. Short of that, Perfection.

This is a wonderful rental in a very safe neighborhood. The rental was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated - almost right out of Pottery Barn. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rental provided everything you could possibly need! Maria's communication was always within a few minutes after I asked a question. I highly recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.
