Don't judge a book by its cover.

The location was central and easy to navigate around the city. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious.

The breakfast was not good enough. There was sand in two meals I tasted. I was afraid to eat any other meal on display because of the fear of sand. The kitchen staff offered to go and make me a fresh meal to pacify me. I changed my room twice because of poor air-conditioning and Internet strength. I used mobile data to work all through owing to the poor Internet quality. The meals were not tasty. Even my visitors disliked the taste of their meals. The equipment in the gym was not functioning. I had to minimize my usual exercise routine because of the equipment.

I have never liked any of the foods and the cost is never worth it. This is the first time hotel charges me for room service..

It was a nice stay and had a good one night stay with family.

Breakfast was good except the buffet was for 1 person and I came with family. I however ordered breakfast for the kids but the egg sauce was too salty with limited choices on the menu.

Unfortunately while the rooms were clean and good, however my room fridge wasn't there, which wasn't good. Mentioned same to the front desk upon checking out.

Breakfast was a lovely spread. The bed was nice too.

No sockets by the bedside for me to charge my devices.

Over all I love the place but management need to improve their

It’s a nice place to stay but few things need to be fixed.

The doors need to be fixed,it doesn’t close easily from inside.

Secured environment, improved ambience of swimming pool.

Price hike on drinks and lower/different tariff displayed in the room while outrageous tariff used at swimming pool bar

Poor

This hotel needs total makeover . Great facility but requires a more strategic leadership. It is highly under utilised . Great staff but I guess the owners need to recalibrate and reinvigorate the hard and soft infrastructure. I have stayed here before . It is indeed a shadow of itself

The rooms can better furnished . Very bare
