I had a wonderful experience at Rollace Hotel and truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind, and very accommodating.
During my stay, my airline cancelled my flight twice, which created a very stressful and uncertain situation. The staff at Rollace Hotel showed remarkable understanding and compassion. They graciously allowed me to remain at the hotel for an additional six hours without charging me, which meant a great deal during such a difficult travel experience.
Their kindness went beyond normal customer service and made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. I am very grateful for the hospitality I received and would gladly recommend Rollace Hotel to anyone looking for a place that values its guests and treats them with respect and compassion. I would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist, porters, security, driver are all exceptional,
The place is clean and in good location,
The price is a good value for the service provided.
The breakfast is average and rigid schedule that is not flexible for Travellers that are catching morning flights. It should be flexible where a client can have whatever is ready at a time, but the full menu ready at the scheduled time.
The room I stayed-in does not have a smart TV.
The bath tub installed in the toilet is not a safe option for me.

The breakfast was on point - there were variety of food & lots of it too. The breakfast and bar services are commendable.
The restaurant deserves a praise.
The room decor is getting outdated. They can do with a bit of refurbishment.
