This was a great central location for our family who traveled in from western New York and southwest Ohio. We were all intrigued by the history of property! Conversations around the firepit and fun playing pool! You won't be disappointed!

This was a wonderful, week-long rental for a party of 7 - 5 adults and 2 teenagers. While the Inn can comfortably host many more than our small group, we loved that each person was able to have their own space as we relaxed between day trip adventures.
Cindy was an outstanding host. She was certainly available to answer questions and provide recommendations, and I recommend you take advantage of any opportunity to check in with her in person. We thoroughly enjoyed the billiards room, fire pit, charcoal grill, and the comfortable living room (especially after long days on South Bass Island and Cedar Point).
Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope we will be able to gather as a family here again in the future!

Our family of 18 (grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins!) just completed our stay and it was amazing. This was the cleanest rental I have personally ever stayed at. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of plates, cups, silverware, serving plates and cookware. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds with extra bedding. The outdoor space was wonderful and we used the fire pit a lot during our stay. The pool table was great and was used a lot- especially during our one rainy day. The location is great and we took advantage of going to Cedar Point, Lakeside Chataqua and a Cleveland Guardians game. Would highly recommend! Cindy was a great host!

Great vacation!
The property was just like being home. Cindy was attentive and responsive, but also valued our privacy and family time. Great for relaxing and enjoying the fire pit. Also great for our dogs to enjoy.
Remote for privacy, but also minutes away from everything.

Family Reunion
The Inn worked out great for those staying at the Inn and for all that came to the family reunion. We were ready for any kind of weather with the setup there and were graced with fantastic weather that allowed everyone to thoroughly enjoy the day..

Very relaxing property with old history charm
We booked this property so my family could celebrate my daughter's graduation. To say this property was amazing would be an understatement. There was plenty of room inside and outside. The house had everything we could need for cooking, sleeping, and enjoying all the land outside. The owner Cindy was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us. We will definitely be back.

This house was great for my family & I. Lots of room, beautiful setting indoor & outdoor. Sitting off in it's own area, but still close to stores, entertainment, adventures etc.. I absolutely loved it, felt cozy& nice. My sister suprises party was there, she was fill with joy. The home owners are very nice people, easy to talk to and made the process very easy. House is supplied w/ things for use. Very nice property, the pictures are nice but actually walking in there is a whole other thing. Really nice. I would definitely hope to rent again. No complaints

My family instantly loved this beautiful and charming Victorian home. It was homely and we felt welcomed.

There were games and toys for the kids (and pool table for the grown-ups). There was a beanbag toss game outside and plenty of outdoor seating. There were not a lot of supplies that we needed to bring, which is great. The only comments for future renters is - make sure to pack lots of bug spray! The mosquitoes were terrible, but this is Mother Nature’s fault and not the property owners! All in all a very nice time!

We came for a Graduation Trip for my Twin sons and 6 of their friends plus had family come too. There was 13 of us total with 9 older Teens. This house was a hit with everyone. There is a section of the upstairs that a door closes off and there are beds set up down the hallway and rooms all around so the Graduates had their own section of the house which worked out fantastic. The adults could sleep and they could stay up if wanted. Cindy was so nice, communication was wonderful. We grilled out and did s’mores in the fire pit. Best house ever. This is a wonderful area too. The town square of Milan is right around the corner, historic area the birthplace of Thomas Edison. Wonderful place. Loved everything the house was a huge hit and the owner is awesome! Thanks so much for everything!!

Family vacation
Awesome home with lots of room. We had 7 of our 8 kids and their families, including many grandchildren. The house was clean and spacious and the large flat yard with the fire pit was a big hit. The game room got a lot of use, too. We even brought a tent for our young adult sons for overflow sleeping ( last minute arrival). Cindy, the owner, is the best we've met.

This place was absolutely epic. Pictures do not do this property justice. You will be taken back in time from the moment you enter the home. I can't describe the feeling, but all three families had it. The owners were among the best we've come across. We will be back!!

Cheaper by the dozen.
Twelve of us recently stayed at the property from Thursday thru Sunday and it was wonderful. It felt like a friend had told us to come and stay at their house while they were away. From our youngest grandchild, not 3 months yet, to me at 70 we all had plenty of space to make ourselves at home.
We had all of our breakfast meals at the house, finding the tools we needed to cook with and the dishwasher was the most efficient and quiet i have been around. We cooked out on the grill one night and made smores and really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with plenty of seats for everyone to sit back and relax.
Cindy was very helpful, telling us to use what was in the house and how to use it. She gave us a great tour and shared the history of the house that was depicted by the picture over the table in the kitchen. She wanted us to feel at home and we did.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone needing the 6 bedrooms to get ready for big adventures at Cedar Point and Put in Bay. It served our family well!

Everything was excellent, the property was just what the listing said. Plenty of room for everyone, big yard for the dogs to run , very private. House was clean, and comfortable. Cindy was an excellent host, we'd definitely stay there again.

The fact the outside was like being a private park. plenty of room to play games with the family. sitting on the porch was relaxing and a nice breeze. Large dinning area and game room very nice. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. Will recommend this to my friend and other members of my family.
