Eine tolle Wohnung und wir wurde sehr gut beraten. Danke für die nette Einweisung! Die Lage ist sehr gut und man hat einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.
Man muss aber etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen um paar Sachen zu reparieren. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken in einem Bad hatte kein Stöpsel und war sehr verstopft. Die Armatur an der Toilette im selben Bad habe ich 3 mal repariert, da muss eine neue dran! Ach ja, das Doppelbett quietscht bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Wenn das beseitigt wird ist die Wohnung eine erstklassige Option!

Appartement très grand, bien décoré, géré par une agence. Equipements complets mais anciens, en particuliers les huisseries. Une des deux salles de bain a été refaite - heureusement car la seconde est dans son jus des années 90. Facilité de parking en bas de l'immeuble dans une zone fermée. Centre ville et monuments principaux accessibles à pied en 30 minutes.
Je ne recommande cet appartement qu'au maximum pour 4 personnes, notamment car le canapé-lit du salon est vieux et pas du tout confortable (tout juste acceptable pour un enfant). Les autres lits sont tout juste passables (sommier métallique pour le lit double et matelas hors d'âge). Climatisation uniquement dans les chambres dont une est assez peu efficace. Autre point qui pourrait être rédhibitoire : le ménage sous les lits n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps (gros stock de poussière).
