Fabulous cottage - roomy and charming
Diana was wonderful to deal with. Hope Cottage is beautiful and very livable. Well stocked kitchen (we like to cook and bake). Everything worked (including good water pressure) and everything was spotless.
Great neighborhood near biking and hiking. We’ll definitely be back.

Incredible stay at a wonderful cottage
There was not a single negative to our stay. Diana was lovely, helpful and communicative. The cottage itself was beautiful in a stand alone patch with a lovely garden. The cottage was immaculate with large, beautifully decorated rooms, every utensil you could wish for and wonderfully soft beds! Thank you so much for a perfect stay Diana! 10/10

Great base for a Wine Country visit
Hope Cottage was charming, cozy and comfortable! Close enough to Napa Valley to be convenient but far enough to be out of the tourist crowds. It was nice to have breakfast in the sunny kitchen before heading out for the day, and to relax with a glass of wine on the patio in the evening. Diana was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

The perfect California cottage
The photos of Hope Cottage do not do it justice. It is so much more spacious with huge character that was just a treat to stay at! It was our perfect retreat after a busy day in Napa, Sonoma or Calistoga! Thank you Diana for sharing Hope with us!

Home away from home! Lots of careful attention to our needs. The cottage is wonderfully set up for visitors, but is also just very aesthetically pleasing. Visiting Family
This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We were traveling to the area to visit family. We had a lovely time and the house was perfect. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio listening to the water flowing down the creek. Watching the deer walking through the property. The owners were so helpful and kind. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll definitely return in the future.

Comfy Cottage
Hope Cottage is lovely. It is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We loved the decor!
The master suite is very large and private.
The queen size bed very comfortable. The additional bedroom has two twin beds which worked very well for the two women sharing the room. It would have been helpful for them to have tables or something to sit their suitcases on as the closet was very large, just nothing to sit their items on.
The master bathroom has hand rails in the tub, but as in the pictures, the other bathroom has an old claw foot tub. Although beautiful, it was very hard to get in and out of.
Diana is friendly and very helpful. The setting is beautiful. We had deer to look at every day. They even came right up to us. There is a babbling brook behind the house which made it even more relaxing outdoors.
We had made the trip from Illinois to California to visit relatives and the kitchen table was ideal for playing cards and visiting.

Cozy!!
We loved staying here! Diana made sure we had a cozy place to stay. We saw dear and the neighborhood was very peaceful. The location was away from all the hubbub but only 30 minutes or so to Napa. We had a blast and will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Fairfield. The house is lovely and our hosts very accommodating. It was conveniently located for our visits to Napa and other sites in Fairfield. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cottage and Setting
The cottage was cute, well appointed and very comfortable. It is in a beautiful valley and the property is frequented by mule deer. The owner was wonderful, funny and attentive to our needs. We definitely plan on coming back for our next trip!

This property is far more spacious than it appears in the photos. Diana was excellent about communicating, answering questions, provided detailed directions for getting to the home late the evening of arrival. The home was clean, comfortable and charming. Diana went the extra step and had welcome snacks out for us. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had a comfortable stay at Hope Cottage. The home was easy to access, had all the amenities promised plus some extras. I loved the vase of freshly picked roses left to greet us. Diana was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend.

The Hope Cottage is just So Relaxing! It has everything a traveler needs. If you have any questions about the area Diane is just a phone call away. She is so accommodating.
Every morning we sipped our coffee and was delighted to watch all the wildlife that came to the yard. We saw several deer, a few foxes, and turkeys.
We will be coming back!!!

We had an amazing time at Diana’s place. It was beautiful and charming and much bigger than the pictures look. It was clean and had more than enough space for our weekend girls getaway. When we pulled up a deer was in the yard. Peaceful and away from it all, yet close enough to everything the Napa area has to offer. I would definitely go back to this home again. It had everything we needed and more. Diana the owner was great and even was quick to send back a few items we forgot. Thank you Diana for a lovely stay! Can’t wait to return someday!

Lovely house and owner very attentive. Unfortunately, our stay was only for one night.

My daughter and I totally enjoyed the owner's interior decorating; lots of original
artwork and fun objects. The linens were grand - especially the llama towels!
There was more than everything we needed, I especially liked the Keurig coffee maker
and pretty cups. I was having coffee outside and a deer with two tiny babies
walked right by! The area is peaceful and quiet yet close to Napa and the city.
I look forward to visiting again.
