I loved the facilities within the hotel (fitness center, hot baths, cold baths, and sauna) and the rooms were very spacious for a cabin type room. In the female cabin, there were even hot eye masks along with face masks! I appreciated the daily welcome drink along with a comfortable lounge area to rest after coming back from being outside all day. The staff were also very kind and always greeted me when I came in and out of the hotel.
For the cabins, they’re not soundproof at all, so if you have noisy neighbors packing or using the dryers late at night, it can be a little difficult to sleep.

Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from the JR train station. The room is very spacious. Staff are nice and helpful. The self-service coin laundry is easy to use. The hotel is located at the 6th and 7th floor of a shopping centre, the design is a kind of similar to Japanese style overnight ferry. And Tsutaya bookstore is just downstair, Saizeriya is just next to it. Many shopping centre nearby too.
The hotel room is not so new, probably more than 10 years, but well kept and very clean.

Staff was very service orientated and accommodating. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Location was super convenient being just a short walk from Okayama station. The shared baths were nice and large and had many options from hot baths inside and outside, cold baths, dry sauna, etc. very spacious. Also a great concept that they have capsule rooms for single travelers. They were may more spacious than I expected. 1F elevator lobby was very dirty and neglected. More care to basic maintenance is needed.
The furniture, finishes and decor were really cheap. At quick glance it looks nice because it is pretty new. However it’s all cheap stuff. Room was very spacious but there wasn’t a comfortable chair to sit on to watch TV. Also no desk in the room if you have to do a little work.
