BUNKHOUSE: It has 5 bunks, and a pull out queen sofa, sleeping an additional 17 guests (bringing the house total to 31 in beds), a sofa, a mini-fridge, and a brand new 65" flat screen with DVD, AS WELL AS TWO BATHROOMS, . A small fee will apply to cover cleaning, electricity, and linen service for parties under 14 guests who wish to have access to the bunkhouse for the separate bed space or for use by the kids -- just let me know if You would like access. For groups of 14 or more the bunkhouse is included already in the extra guest fee. The bunks are set up to be used as seating as well as sleeping spaces. It is great for kids and adults alike. We have used it for movie night and also for the kids to feel like their stay is a big sleep over. If you have a large family party, the kids will be well entertained watching their movies or playing their game console games while the adults have use of the main tv in the house.*** ^^ also please note that we do keep count of the number of guests- and we do charge $25 per person, per night for more than 10 guests- let’s all be fair in this.
