We did not get into the hotel till around 5:00 PM as the rooms were not available. Then the valet didn’t bring up the luggage, I had to go down to get it and waited to follow the luggage cart to our room. This all resulted in us missing the start of the GoOP convention, causing us to have nose bleed seats.
When we left to go get in our truck, we got the keys from the valet and the seat was laid down flat in the driver side, tucked away at the end of the entrance under the portico. It was obvious that someone had slept in it overnight.

Kristal our check in representative was absolutely uplifting and a nice welcome after a long day.

The location was good, but there were lots of homeless people outside, which made it a little scary to walk at night
Some of the receptionists were not very attentive and pleasant.
