It met my need for location and service.

Breakfast was okay. Location was great.

The price for the room is over rated. I have stayed at better places for equal or less expense.

Westin always delivers on comforts.

Downtown location was great. Nice, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds.

Coffee shop on premises was not run well. No food, understaffed, I paid for sandwich, they didn’t have it so I had a pastry. No burritos, no refund etc. I didn’t fuss because there was a long line. We maybe should’ve tried the restaurant.

I have taken my do. Here ever year to buy school clothes. This was his freshman year. Sadly it will be the last.

Upon check in I was greeted by a lady who was not knowledgeable about the hotel booking system . I was double charged for my room with a pro Use that it would, “fall off”. In fact it did not.

Customer service in resolving the issue was problematic at best

Incredible.

Rachel was amazing. She guided me through everything I needed to know. She even helped me set up a Bonvoy account.

there was absolutely nothing I disliked about the property.

excellent fitness facility & location. nice closets w plenty of hangers, rainfall shower head and nice bathroom

pool was too cold to enjoy. sheets didn’t fit the bed, kept coming off and there we SO many layers of covers. no refrigerator. we were told no room service from the grill & vine restaurant ?

Over priced old and tired hotel surrounded by the homeless if dallas

Location convenient to convention center.

Sagging bed & old pillows No proper cups for tea & coffee No milk (fresh) Way too much plastic single use products- terrible for environment No bath robes No body lotion Crappy hair dryer Appalling value for money

I had to switch rooms because house keeping never came and my room was dirty from the very beginning.

Our stay was short but oh so sweet!

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Suite was larger than usual, beautifully decorated with many amenities.

Difficult to find at night. Needs bigger Westin sign.

was disappointed that the toilet area in the bathroom was not closed off with a privacy door

will not stay again.

Terrible communication with Staff. Had to call 4 times to get room clean. Maids were diligent, but the communication between staff was terrible. 4 days of no cleaning not even the elevator's trash, that I had to use because my room was starting to smell.

it was a very bad experience

the location was ok

the air was not working correctly. we switched rooms and it still was not working in the bathroom. it took over two hours to get extra pillows. the exhaust fan was not working. we did not have a remote control for the television.
