Location
Room was clean
Awful sewer smell in lobby. Told front desk because it was putrid and she said she can’t smell it. She likely couldn’t smell it because she was there in the lobby .
I had come into the hotel and the odor was awful.
Coincidentally- carpet was being pulled up in lobby - that may have had something to do with the smell. The part that upset me was she made it seem like I was wrong or lying. Terrible customer service.
Also - at store in lobby/ 2 bugs in my coffee - likely from the creamer. I told employee and she said yes it’s probably from the creamer. Like she knew that is a problem. She asked if I had my cup as if she was going to reuse it! I absolutely did not have my cup with the bugs in it. Ridiculous. Should have given me a coffee on the house. I asked her to use the creamer directly from the fridge.

It was our 45th wedding anniversary. We had stayed there on our wedding night 45 years earlier. And even though I had told the hotel that in advance, there was nothing done by the staff to make it special for us.

The view was nice and close to a lot of things in the area.
Not all of the valet staff were friendly. Felt rushed and uncomfortable a lot of the times.
