Excellent, gracious concierge, JonPaul Barnes. Steered party of 13-one toddler-- to excellent place for Sunday brunch, surprising us by calling ahead. MoSherry, receptionist, kind and understanding of a frazzeled arriving guest. Front desk Aaron, experienced and wise. Fernando at pool, unexpected service.
Our group of 5 was at The Joule during construction. We were so impressed by the persons at the temporary entrance. Very impressed by all the valet drivers. And we were able to use both entrances.

Excellent location, great vibe
Mini bar facilities extremely expensive with poor quality wine. A small bottle of "Champagne" which was actually Prosecco was $40. In-room tea and coffee facilities in a hotel of this calibre are a must and there were none. Also we had no complementary bottled water on our first night - although we did have some on our second night. Bottled water should be generous and complementary. Bottled still water in the mini bar was $10. This was our only irritation however - everything else was great!

Great hospitality. I booked a King room and had a recurring issue with the toilet, which would not flush or work. After an attempted maintenance fix, I called the front desk, and they were able to switch me to a Joule Suite. The toilet could've made my weekend a disaster, but the front desk handled it like pros. Also, little things, like calling me by my last name, made me feel like a welcomed guest at the hotel. The Spa was amazing. I had a great massage, enjoyed a wonderful time in the pool, and enjoyed the amenities. The food at the restaurant hotel, CBD Provisions, was underwhelming, but the bartender took care of me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would stay again!

Perfect location! In the heart of Dallas!
Good amenities and bed.
It is an extremely overpriced hotel for the facilities. Wanted to use the pool but it was not available. Gym is ok but could be more equiped. No coffee machine in the room (yes, you need to ask for a coffee machine in the front desk - something unusual for a member of The Leading Hotels.
Late checkout costs 100 USD per hour.
I tried to pay for a late checkout until 6PM but they do not offer that (only until 4PM max).
Therefore, I had to book one extra night to stay until 6pm. A bit hard to get a new key and go back to my room after the new booking (even though I did it through booking.com both nights).
Restaurant also closed at 9PM so I had to go to Thompson Hotel for food the first night.
Worst part though was the clarity in the room. For a USD 600 night hotel usually they have turn down service to guarantee comfort do guests (but was not really the case here)
