Dnia 5 września pan na portierni bardzo niesympatyczny, krzyczał na nas- dwie kobiety ktore przyjechaly z wieloma bagażami( calej 11 osobowej grupy), jedna z nich w bucie ortopedycznym( zlamana noga), taxi musialo nas wg tego pana wysadzic przed szlabanem i musiałyśmy iść ze wszystkim bagażami grupy ktora szla pieszo z dworca Tarnowskie Gory- pan krzyczal i obrazal nas gestem i slowem, ze tarabanimy sie nie w tą stronę co trzeba - nie wspomnę o fakcie, ze z czysto ludzkiego odruchu nam nie pommógł. Miejsce cudo, panie wspaniałe ale ten pan- absolutnie do wymiany bo zepsuł nam cały zachwyt nad miejscem

Well maintained grounds, comfortable bedroom and excellent shower pressure.
Zero response from the hotel via booking.com, sms, whatsapp or telephone call to discuss checking in after 8pm. We arrived and were kept waiting until someone eventually let us in. We were not notified that the hotel was hosting an event for which loud music continued beyond 1am. A courtesy notice and some earbuds in the room would have been appreciated.
