Looking for a luxurious house with privacy for everyone? This beautiful 4000+ Square Ft Home is complete with a 32x16 pool, hot tub, and a pool table, providing plenty of options to entertain you. The Lauderdale House (permit # CASR-201528747) is a large 5.5 bath luxury home in the prestigious Cherokee Park neighborhood in Nashville. Privacy for everyone with this house! We can easily sleep 12 people in beds with a lot of privacy, but Nashville codes only allows us to list up to 4 bedrooms, and we must respect that ruling or be fined. House Information: New saltwater pool, hot tub, pool table, and plenty of king beds and private spaces, this home is our flagship property: the ultimate in comfort and privacy for girls weekends, business groups, or multiple families. Inside this 4000+ sf home, you’ll find five king beds, one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin. And with 5.5 spacious baths, (and 3 water heaters!) access to showers and tubs is not a problem. There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a living room/dining room with wood burning fireplace, the media room with a big screen tv, cable, Blu-Ray player and disc library, a full size pool table in the library room, and of course, 5 ½ bathrooms. Other amenities include a large library, washer & dryer, a great assortment of small appliances for the kitchen, board games, hairdryers in each bathroom, iron & ironing board and high speed WIFI. We want our guests to soak up every minute of Nashville, so we'll be leaving you to enjoy your stay. If you need anything at all, please contact Local Rental Host, as they are on call 24/7 and happy to help! The Lauderdale House is in a super safe, quiet and established neighborhood. It’s very easy to find: only two turns off i-440, and just 2.2 miles from Vanderbilt University. And to get to the famous Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, and the honky tonks of lower Broadway is just 4 miles straight down West End to Broadway. The Lauderdale House is serviced by Uber, Lyft, and every taxi company in Nashville.

Great location, very upscale neighborhood, felt very safe, and walks were taken. Lots of space with plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Hot tub was working well. Pool table was fun.
About the only ding was the the kitchen. Don’t expect to have large sit down meals, the table sits four. Cookware is insufficient to cook for large groups.
But other that that, it was very good.

Seven adults descended on Nashville for a reunion of siblings. The house met all our needs and was perfectly situated for easy access to multiple areas. We didnt use the pool but it looked inviting. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but could have used some larger pans for cooking for our group. All in all, a pleasant stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

This is a large home close to downtown. It also has grocery close by to reduce your eating out cost. Pool and hot tub was nice. The landscaping was overgrown and needed help. The key pad to get inthe house stuck 80% of the time. There were stremers and tape left in corners of the ceiling the rooms. The bathroom light downstairs near living room didn't work. But overall it was a fun time with friends and family.

The contact before arriving was great, non-existent afterward. I called the mgmt company number I was given so we could check our luggage, then was told there is a fee to do so. I refused to pay a fee to store my luggage when that cost was not listed in the listing. So I was told "Oh we can wave that this time" If you are going to charge a luggage fee then that should be in the listing. The house needs a lot of maintenance. You can tell it's very worn down and not maintained very well. The hot tub didn't work, asked and never received a response. The towel bars fall off the wall if you put a towel on them. The oven door is falling off, the dishwasher door is broken. Many light bulbs burned out throughout the house. A few showers did not drain very well. The downstairs shower the light doesn't work and the drain has 2 holes that are open so its drains very slow. We had to go out and get toilet paper and paper towel. As there was nowhere near enough for 12 people for 4 days. The place could really use a deep clean. tape and streamer stuff stuck to the walls in various rooms assuming from a previous renter. However it served it's purpose and everyone had their own space. It just really needs some TLC or a better mgmt. company as if the owner is paying for that they are getting ripped off. Also was never able to get the TV to work. The guest setup came up finally on our last night, so it was useless.

House was BIG with so many beds. Pool was a great way to spend the days before heading to Broadway! Plenty of room for everyone comfortably! Would love to come back!

The host was very friendly and accommodating when I booked our trip originally it was for a different date, when I asked the host to switch dates he was so helpful and did just that no questions asked. The house is huge and easy to get turned around in. We had six people in the home with plenty of space. The home comes with a huge above ground pool and a nice hot tub which both were very clean and maintained. The neighborhood is nice and people walking around outside and family friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed, it is a close drive to downtown and stores, I would recommend staying if you are looking for more room and cheaper than a hotel. The only down fall we came across was when it came to getting into the house was the code given did not work. It did take about an hour to finally get a hold of the host to get in, but once we were in it was a great stay.

The house is great, plenty of space, the pool and hot tub were a welcome amenity, the location is a short car ride to the all attractions but is nice an quiet at night. We highly recommend this listing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The management team were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The layout of the home is perfect for a group stay. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet and everything is within 5-10 miles.

We had a great time. Location was great. We had access to all the things Nashville had to offer and for the times we just wanted to hang out and chill the house was comfortable to do this too.
Only real negative and I'm not sure that anything could have been done differently... was the outside trash was overflowing so we had no where to place our trash for the week.

This home is exactly as shown in the photos. All beds, and there is a lot of them, are very comfortable. Great location, quiet family neighbour. Our trip was a multi generational trip and this house was great for all. Lots of room to escape if needed or big enough rooms to gather all together. We would definitely return to this home. Hosts were very attentive and looked after any requests that we had. They ensured all was well with us. Thank you for making our time in Nashville Great!!

Family stay for a wedding for 8 adults and 3 teens, two littles. The house was the perfect size for us. This is an older home but well equipped. Too cold for the pool, but the hot tub worked out well for us. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great, just what we were told. It is a quiet neighborhood so not appropriate for wild parties outside but very safe and we still had a great time. Beds were comfy, hot tub was perfect. When we arrived we noticed we were low in toilet paper and host responded immediately and sent a load full of goodies including toilet paper. They were very available and responsive, great hosts.

Beautiful home! Very big so plenty of room for a large group. Still too early for the pool to be open but we took advantage of the hot tub which was nice. Great location with a fully stocked place to stay, we were not at the house much other than to sleep, recover and pregame. We went for my spouse 40 birthday, it was a blast. Pool table room is a little small and hot tub don’t have much privacy neighbor was out often. Not the owners fault didn’t seem like neighbors were thrilled we were there.

This was a fantastic house! It was very clean, bedrooms for each person, pool, hot tub. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Close to downtown. The neighborhood was gorgeous. Neighbors were very friendly. Gorgeous park within walking distance. Plenty of places to shop close to the house for basic necessities we forgot. If you are going to Nashville, I highly recommend this house. We will be back!!
