OUR APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD FIND IN A HOME...FULL KITCHEN, DINING TABLE AND CHAIRS, KING SIZE BED, FLAT SCREEN TV, A/C, BATHROOM/SHOWER, SITTING ROOM AND BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE PICTURESQUE MANGROVE BAY :)
Overlooking Mangrove Bay, Somerset Village, Sandys where you can relax and enjoy the simple way of life promoting health and wellness through physical activities and relaxation including cultural experience.
Post Office is located around the corner across the street where bus and ferry passes can be purchased, then, walk along the bay a little further is Cambridge resort with restaurants and bar within the resort!
Spirit store is across the street. Mangrove Gym is next door. Banks with ATM machines and a small Hamburger take out. Mr. Chicken is just few steps away, Grocery store, Italian take out are approximately 10-15 minutes walk or 2 Bus stops from the apartment.
Car and motor bike rental is across the street(10 minutes walk) at Cambridge resort.
Royal Naval Dockyard is approximately 7 to 10 minutes bus ride with everything you can think of including a ferry ride to Hamilton or St. George!
Sandys is the western most Parish. It's named after Sir Edwin Sandys who made large investments to colonize the parish in early 1600s. The parish name is pronounced as 'Sands'. Sandys has five islands that are joined by bridges. The islands are Ireland Island North, Ireland Island South, Boaz Island, Watford Island and the biggest of all, Somerset Island. The Royal Naval Dockyard where most of the cruise ships anchor, is located at Ireland Island North. Being farthest from the congested Hamilton City, the parish provides refreshing piece and serenity that are quickly disappearing in tourist populated Bermuda.

from the time we entered this second story apartment we were so impressed. It was clean and bright and had everything that we needed. We spent a lovely week there !! we had the best vacation of our lives. There was a beautiful bayto swim in right across the street and we even snorkel there and saw some fish. there was a nice air conditioner that kept the apartment cool. I would definitely recommend this property and the owner. Jody was very helpful and pleasant. I hope to be able to visit there again. I would definitely rent this place again. The bus route went right in front of the house and we realize what a great location. It actually was 10 minutes from the dock yard and a little grocery store right down the street. We found the people everywhere so friendly it was lovely.

JODY was awesome. I felt like family. The best way to get around the island is public transportation which was at the front door. Everything about this place was amazing. You could eat off the floors then take an incredible shower. Most definitely my go to spot.

Mom and I were lucky enough to stay at this location for 12 days. The location was perfect. It was clean.Jody was very responsive when we needed things. Upon our arrival, I mentioned that we were renting an electric car for four days and he indicated to me that he was in the process of fixing a few things and that he would have the charging station outside in the driveway up and running once we had the car and he did. It worked perfectly.

Staying at this location was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great with the beach right across the street. Bus stops going in both direction into dockyard and into Hamilton. The accommodations were top-tier.
