There are security cameras for your safety, monitoring the exterior of the home. Please be aware, the maximum occupancy for the unit is four adults. One additional adult only if requested ahead of booking, and that adult is an additional 20.00 charge per day to be added to the fees. We want no misunderstandings about these issues. We support animal rescue, specifically Tunica Humane Society. We have dogs in the back yards which the unit overlooks. Some are adopted rescues, some are failed fosters. They will probably greet your arrivals. For obvious reasons, we can’t let guests mingle with them or enter the back yards. If you bring your pet, we will supply a crate for it for when you are gone. The Greenline, right around the corner, is a great path for miles...for dog walking, jogging and running. We appreciate you staying with us. The apartment is the upper floor of a 1907 house on the National Register of Historic Places, and overlooks a median with 100+ year old magnolia trees. The neighborhood is diverse, quiet and parklike. You are close to downtown, only a couple of miles. Overton Park and Levitt Shell are 1.4 miles away, Overton Square 1.8, Cooper Young 2.4 miles. People love this unit, the linens are fine, the beds are more than comfortable, and the hospitality is unparalleled.
