Rooms were clean, supportive client service, i arrived late after check in hours due to traffic issues, and i received codes. Free parking option.
Location is good who travels with a car and needs to stay outside the center.
Only issue i had was lack of black out curtains for sleep.

- clean
- warm (the heaters could be switched on in October despite the temperatures outside not being too low)
- blackout electric blinds
- double glazing which helped nullify the street noise
- the cleaners were starting very early in the morning right outside the rooms making it impossible to keep sleeping
- the beds don’t have mattresses, they’re more like hard sofa cushions
- it is near a very busy road
- no soundproofing between rooms and floors
- nobody at reception at check-in and check-out time, having to call for instructions
