You are invited to enjoy this Room & Board furnished and fully decorated home, with its modern yet cozy interiors. At the center of the house is a large living room with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 4K TV, and Sonos sound system (which includes outdoor speakers). A powder room is easily accessible from there or from the pool deck. The gourmet kitchen features a barstool island and a dining table which seats eight. The private master bedroom (with all-marble, newly renovated en suite bathroom) enjoys direct access to the backyard and pool. On the other side of the house, there are two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a full guest bathroom. A finished tiled basement provides an additional living area with a TV, queen sleeper-sofa, and laundry room. What a wonderful experience!! We had an incredibly relaxing stay in this truly beautiful, well appointed home. From the beautiful pool, to the AMAZING outdoor shower, to the heated toilet (did not realize I needed this in my life but apparently, I do!), to the comfortable couches and beautiful artwork. Daniel was easily accessible by email/cell and put together the most comprehensive home manual I’ve ever seen. This home had it all and I truly look forward to another stay.

We enjoyed two weeks in this lovely property that had everything you could ask for in a rental. Well stocked, meticulously maintained with modern conveniences. It's hard to begin to describe how fantastic this property is. We've rented a ton of vacation homes and this was by far the best. The attention to detail is unparalleled. I've never had every need so fully anticipated and thoughtfully prepared. It's not an obvious thing (although the beautiful design of the home is) but one starts to realize they are relaxed because they're not wondering about or searching for anything. It's that detail that makes you feel like you're at home, but still on vacation. The heated pool was amazing. Every seating area, from a small couch by a window, or outdoor chairs, is a new experience in which to relax. The level of spotlessness (seriously, not a speck of dust anywhere) was amazing. As a host, Daniel was phenomenal. Always available for questions, leaving us with a helpful guide to the home and the area (follow his recommendations!) and just generally friendly and nice. I have never stayed at a VRBO where I wouldn't have changed a single thing and wanted for nothing.

It was the perfect family getaway during these times. It had everything we needed and had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was beautifully decorated...and was very cozy, and the pool was amazing.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July and our family of 4 had a relaxing time away from the city. Everything is on point with upscale and tastefully decorated furnishings and ambience. The kitchen has everything that a chef would require and more. The living space is beautifully decorated and Hamptons chic. The bedrooms all have been lovingly furnished, straight out of a Room and Board catalog. The central air worked beautifully with separate cooling systems for the Master Bedroom and remaining home. This was much appreciated, especially during several heat waves. Although, it never felt that hot outside by the pool, which is similarly clean and beautifully decorated with hydrangeas, hibiscus etc. The Sonos system outside was also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and we would take walks or bicycle rides (provided) around in the morning or evening. We really had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The property was beautiful and very comfortable. I am a very tough customer and not easily pleased. Daniel made the process very easy and we had great communication the entire time. We will absolutely return to this wonderful property!!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Daniel's home. It was spotlessly clean, newly renovated and had everything we needed. Daniel was very responsive and organized. Nothing went wrong during our stay. Our children even found some games that they enjoyed when we weren't in the pool or the beach.

We had an amazing time and stay at the house. Perfect for our family . The pool was great and the house had all the amenities one could ask for. The beach at the end of the street was cute and the location to town and West Hampton beach was perfect. Daniel was a great host and we would recommend the house for a getaway,.
