The bottom floor apartment is available for short term rental. It has heart of pine floors throughout refinished and very clean. Two bedrooms with King and queen sized beds; and a full pull out sofa bed in main room. Nice Lakeview furnished Kitchen with seating for 6. TV room with 42 inch flatscreen and sofas. Washer and Dryer, Shower/Tub, Keurig Machine, Back deck with Grill and seating. Beautiful Back Yard that looks out over lake. *******Sorry no dogs, sorry no dogs.******* Please use the map feature for location questions. HIgh Speed Internet. This property was very clean and beds super comfy. We watched the sunset over Lake Champlain from the backyard chairs! Our son was able to stream an important football game for us! We’re glad he brought his laptop and hdmi cable. The tv picture quality was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

I felt right at home in this wonderful old place. It was fantastic being 3 minutes out the door to the waterfront park, and a very comfortable walking distance to downtown and the North End. I would definitely stay here again.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Terrace. Comfortable house, amazing views and close to lots of stuff in Burlington. Beds were cozy. Just enough space for the three of us (one couple and single). Would def stay here again.

The location is perfect. Right off the Bike Path, 1 mile from North Beach recreational area, <1 mile from Bike rentals, .5 mile ish to Church Street with an easy walk.

The appartment is nicely located over the lake. A great view from the terrasse. You can walk to downtown within 10 min. Good access to the higway in case you want to visit Vermont. We loved it.

The property is well located, near a beautiful bicycle path along Lake Champlain and near center town. You can't beat the view on the lake for sure! The property needs a little love but is very clean. It is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

My husband and I stayed at this property last week and had a wonderful time. You can’t beat the view from the backyard and the house is located within walking distance of so many spots - restaurants, a brewery, shopping, the lake and causeway. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great. The location is central to both downtown and the beach. There is a great coffee shop and bar within a short walk. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The backyard and view of the lake and mountains are amazing.

Located close to the waterfront with an AMAZING view across the lake. The home is compact but well appointed. Could be a challenge if you’re a light sleeper. Noises from upstairs unit as they walk about, especially in front bedroom as stairs to that unit through a seemingly uninsulated wall.

Mother/daughter getaway. We enjoyed our stay. Great location (walked to Church Street and Waterfront Park). Highlight of our trip was the spectacular view and sunsets from the back yard. Would definitely return here in the future.

This is a nice apartments in a fabulous location in Burlington. It overlooks the lake and is a less than 15-minute walk to downtown. The place is clean and lovely. The only things that would improve it would be a sheet pan or two and some measuring spoons in the kitchen.

We visited Burlington to attend the grand opening of the Ski the East/J Skis shop. It was the perfect location to enjoy views and go out in downtown Burlington. Our son and kitten shared the 2nd bedroom which was perfect for our little family. I highly recommend this property!

Everything you would need was available. Stocked well. TV was quirky - unable to get local channels, but we used our fire stick and was fine. Enjoyed the view and sunset.

The view from the deck was stunning and the proximity and walk to town really great, but the apartment itself was fairly basic. The TV froze on our first night and wouldn't turn off for the rest of our stay. There is no real sound insulation so it sounds like the people from the apartment are pretty much in these room at night.

This house was in a great location for a family with children. It was in a nice part of town with a beautiful view of the lake, but close enough to all the great activities Burlington has to offer. The parking ended up being a small issue - the upstairs visitors misread the listing and took up the entire driveway and we had to drive/walk quite a ways to find parking. Once we spoke with them and worked it out, all was okay! The house was clean and just the right size for our two-parent, two-child family We would absolutely stay here again as well as recommend it to a friend!

The space was very clean and well appointed. The check in and out was easy , and the proximity to the lake and to downtown Burlington were stellar. But the best part was the view of the lake from the back porch!

We were very happy with our stay here. The home was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Location was great and the view was priceless. Check in information was sent in ample time and the lock box was easy to operate. Would definitely stay here again.

The view is phenomenal! Loved the property and the location was perfect. Had coffee out back every morning and even watched morning yoga on the dock below. The home was clean and felt very cozy. Kitchen has everything you need, although there was not a sharp knife in the place but we managed. We spent most mornings and evenings in the backyard but the living room could use a little love. Definitely not a good movie and snuggle room. The guest bed was way more comfortable than the master bed. The bathroom is a good size and shower is fine. The neighborhood is super cute and we loved walking around looking at all of the yard art. Neighbors were friendly. One of them did tell us that a homeless shelter had just moved in down the street and they’ve seen some interesting people around but honestly we had no issues what so ever and felt safe walking the neighborhood and leaving windows open at night. Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. Great place, will definitely be back!

This property really helped make our vacation enjoyable and memorable! I contacted the owner once before our arrival and he responded very quickly. The property was clean with everything in working order. We had no issues while staying there. The location was great for us. Close to the lake, downtown and grocery store. House is not fancy, but very comfortable. The host was easily reached and responsive. Great place to spend graduation week. We walked to town and down to foam from house. So worth it! Really nice stay.

We stayed here last October and love the location so much we booked for a week when picking up our college student. Wifi great for working, walking distance to church street and tons of dining options, super convenient to bike trail and walking paths. But my favorite is the sunset view from the house and back yard. The upstairs is now also a rental so you can hear footsteps and the TV a bit but it’s not bad.
