Luxury décor and furnishings offer that high end look, yet the beachy design lends to the perfect cozy feel and beach house balance. Follow the sounds of the waves you will hear from the porches to the public beach access that is just a short, 2-minute walk away. With 4 lovely, huge bedrooms to spread out in, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests, you will all feel right at home. The open concept on the first floor allows everyone to relax in the living room, cook in the kitchen, and eat or play games at the dining table without being apart. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout accent the beachy furniture and the white kitchen with granite counter tops. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook the big family meals and all stainless steel appliances, including an over-size refrigerator and gas range. Pop open a bottle of wine you chilled in the wine cooler and gather in good conversation with 4 extra bar stools around the wide counter between the kitchen and dining area, which is also ample space to display dishes to serve buffet style. Dine together at the long, 10-person table. Living room has 2 comfortable couches, 2 oversize arm chairs, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxation after a long day at the beach. The half bath is conveniently located off the living area, along with the laundry room down the hall. Step out onto the screened in porch, accessible from the living and dining areas, for alternate dining and gathering space at the 6-8 person table and patio furniture. Screen porch leads out to the open deck to catch some sun on the 2 lounge chairs. The sounds of the ocean waves nearby can be heard from all porches while overlooking lush Lowcountry wooded areas. The beach access at the corner of East Ashley Ave & 8th St. W. is only a few minute walk from the full length front porch of the house. Bedrooms start on the first floor with the impressive primary suite. Primary bedroom suite includes King size bed, large flat screen TV, and a door leading outside to access the open deck. Attached primary bathroom is truly a sight with sliding doors that open up to an extended double sink counter, teal soaking tub, large walk-in glass shower, and massive walk-in closet with antique sliding barn doors that is everyone's dream! Head upstairs to the 2nd Floor with the 2nd half bath off of the hall, additional 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd bedroom is a 2nd master suite with 1 King bed, flat screen TV, and nearly identical large bathroom (minus tub) and walk-in closet as in the downstairs primary bedroom suite. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, large closet, and shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with bedroom 4, which has 1 Queen bed. Bonus, kids room includes 1 Twin daybed and 1 set of Twin Bunk beds. The homeowners have spared no expense in updating all bathrooms with white cabinets, granite countertops, and high-end fixtures. Explore the house and take note of all the little details that make each room unique, such as the antique sliding doors, various headboards and nightstands, and intricate door handles. Easily fit 4 vehicles in the 2-car garage. Extra parking for an additional 2 vehicles can be parked in the gravel driveway. Move the charcoal grill out from under the house to the grassy or gravel area to grill out for the family. The outdoor shower is also found in the garage area and there are 2 hoses, one on each porch, for washing off the sand after spending the day at the beach. The unique, downtown area of Folly Beach is about 1 mile away to all beach shops, farmers market (select day of week), live music, and try one of our many local restaurants. Restaurants here offer everything from low country seafood to pizza to oceanfront, higher end dining. Downtown Charleston is also only a 20-25 minute drive, which offers world-class dining, historical tours, museums, boutiques, harbor walks along the water, the aquarium, and much more for added entertainment. Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern, stainless-steel appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. The location to the beach was amazing. You feel very secluded and tucked away even though you are right across the street from the beach. The home is amazing and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Six friends and I stayed in this house for 6 nights. We chose it partly for its open layout so that we could all be together and weren’t disappointed. It is beautiful and is our favorite house that we have rented over many years in many locations. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Though the weather wasn’t great, it was still nice to be so close to the beach.

This property was amazing. Spotless clean. Exactly as described/pictured. Easy process to check-in/out. Zero issues. We had a group of all adults staying for a competition event at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was worth the drive back/forth every day. We didn't get to enjoy the beach but it was literally across the street. The kitchen was also perfect, which was very important to our group - even top of the line appliances. Thank you for an amazing property!!

This home was everything it promised to be. Great location to the beach, spacious for family, clean and superb customer services from our property manager from Carolina One. Heads Up: 1) The "outdoor" shower in the garage could be a popular hangout for mosquitoes. The first day some of our guests got bit up with in minutes of trying to get rinsed off. 2) The homeowner doesn't provide access to the garage doors with an opener or code which means when you leave for the beac you have to leave the house unlocked or make sure everyone has to memorize the door code. If the house is kept locked while at the beach you'll need to use front door to get in without access to the shower. But there is a hose outside the garage doors to rinse off sandy feet and bodies before going inside. Just a little inconvenient, but not worth not renting. For our week with a full house of guests there always seemed to be one person back at the house.

The beautiful house was perfectly located tucked away giving us privacy with peaceful evenings and a very short walk to the beach. It has 2 master bedrooms with plenty of room for multiple family.

Fabulous house tucked away from the main drag in Folly Beach, but one short block away from the waves, sand and surf. Bright, new interiors that were very comfortable for all. Quiet and relaxing. Had all the amenities we could ask for in a very well appointed property. Great stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It is plenty spacious, and really loved the floor plan. Truly is a short walk across the street to the beach access. The house is off the beaten path so it has some privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The bathrooms and closets were extremely spacious. The only thing we wished we had was the garage door code as it was a little hard going up and down the stairs from the beach to enter the house. Also, the only entrance in and out of the home is going up and down a flight of stairs, which was not a problem for our group, but may be good to know for those that don't do stairs well. Lovely home and would definitely stay there again!
