This beautiful first floor, one bedroom villa in East Beach has been completely renovated. This Mariner’s Watch villa has hardwood floors throughout, granite counters, new stainless appliances and is beautifully decorated. The master closet space was redecorated in order to create a roomy bathroom with a rainwater shower experience. Built-in cabinets were added for storage in the bedroom and the living area to make room for additional luggage and clothing. The screened porch offers a beautiful scenic, almost private wooded view, showing the direct path to the beach which is about 50 yards (3 minute walk) from this unit! The villa has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa, accommodating 4 guests and allows parking for 2 cars. (Note: the bikes in the picture are not included with this property.) There are 2 TV’s and wireless internet. Soundproofing was added to the ceiling area to minimize noise from adjoining units. This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service and a starter supply of paper products and detergents. We loved the location to the beach. Sitting on the screen porch you could hear the ocean. Such a peaceful sound. It was perfect for 2 people. Anymore and you would have been right on top of each other.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Mariners Cove. The location is perfect with a quick walk to the beach. The Nest for coffee and essentials was close by. Very well cleaned. The unit fell a bit short as the TVs are small, difficult to work and the angle of the bedroom TV and size was small and kept needing to be reset. Poor picture quality. Internet very slow and difficult to connect to. Otherwise- a winner!

Everything was great but the frig was not working 100% and condensation was in the frig. Also some light bulbs were burned out in master, family room and kitchen. Would recommend a stool in shower.

We really did have a great stay at Mariner's Watch. The condo was the perfect size for two people...and the short walk to the beach was just that....short. We also lucked out with spring like weather in February.

The couch was not comfortable and the bathroom was too small for two people but the shower was great for two people. The A/C worked good but needs something to redirect the air flow. Overall it is good property and the property management was great.

This condo was perfect! It has been recently updated so everything is in great condition - and even though it’s one bedroom one bath, there is plenty of space to put your stuff. It’s super close to boardwalk 16 too! We loved it!

The detail of comfortable furniture, combined with a fresh contemporary look. The large screened sitting deck, looking out at the trees; with wall to wall sliding glass- added a dimension of openness to the smallish living room/ kitchen dining area. Luxury bathroom, with large glassed shower, done in rich tones of stone. A charming bedroom.
