It was a great location with easy access to everything in St George. The staff were really nice too!
The sink area in the bathroom had drain flies that got worse every day I was there. (I did mention them to the staff on day 2, but nothing was done to prevent them that day and I left early on day 4). Also, I was surprised how noisy it was in the room! I had been staying at the motel next door for the 3 days prior to moving in, and the room I had there was really quiet.

I don't think any breakfast was available. My biggest issue was the road noise, but now I know how busy the intersection is. I was a bit concerned that there were 3 police cars in the parking lot when I checked in until I saw the officers come out if the McDonald's next door. I was briefly scared when someone tried to enter my room around 9 at night, but luckily it was another guest at the wrong room. I don't know if the numbers are hard to read in the dark.
