Very clean and our room was spacious with a sleeper sofa to lounge on. Very quiet room when the large street view windows are latched completely shut. I walked around the corner to Hot Albert (quick take out) for a late dinner. A few pics of the view from our room as well are included in this review. Not pictured is the sofa also a desk both are along the wall bathe the foot of the bed.
We were on the top floor and there was no lift/ elevator for my 87 yr old mother. Also the shower was quite a high step up.

A pleasant hotel just three minutes from the metro and a bike-sharing station. Check-in was quick: the receptionist handled our documents and gave us the room keys. The room is small but still has a sofa and a table, a big comfortable bed and two large windows. The bathroom is tiny but clean. There's a great spa complex nearby. For the price, it's an excellent option, especially if you're just visiting friends in the city, like we were.
No fridge or kettle in the room (there may have been one in a shared area, we didn't ask)

A very pleasant family hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.
The bathroom is really small as other reviews say but it wasn’t an issue for us personally.

I overall liked the room. It was big enough and convenient for one person. It looked clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There was also a small wardrobe, which I hardly ever find in hotels anymore. I really liked that!
I really disliked the Internet connection. I couldn't connect at all, which made it really hard to plan out what I had to do in Hamburg. Moreover, there were definitely things that could have been fixed, for example some parts of the walls need to be painted and there was always a bad smell in the bathroom.
